Microsoft states that this product allows the user to Fully open the microsoft Surface duo 2. Not true! It doesn't allow the two screens to fully open and leaves a small gap between the camera bump and one of the screens, also one side is protected almost entirely but the other side is covered by only two small sections at the edges. Microsoft went overboard with prices for accesories that should be included and free of charge. Some prices are excessive and ridiculous and not always fullfil the customer expectations.

I think Microsoft had the right idea here but fell short on the release. The front cover fit very well and adding the ability to charge the pen (if you have one or were thinking about getting one) was a great feature. Since I wasn't planning on getting one it really didn't benefit me at all. For the price I would have loved to have a back cover and the flimsy edge guards are held on by an adhesive, which didn't sit well for me. After having it on my Duo 2 for a few weeks I decided to return it and go with a different option.

Perfect cover for holding the pen as well as keep it charged and ready for annotation/taking notes. The downside is the bumper only pieces for the second screen. A full cover would be better for the second panel.

This case is way better than the duo 1 cases. One part just snaps in firmly and the other half had some adhesive. It feels like the case part of the phone rather than an clip on, it also adds virtually no thickness. This case is a matte texture making it much more resistant to fingerprints. And finally the most important feature, the pen snaps onto the case more firmly than the apple pencil does with ipads and immediately started charging. I would highly recommend this case with the only exception of maybe the going with otterbox coming out later this year!

A case I never knew I needed. I love that it fully covers the front, but I do wish that there was a little more coverage for the back of the phone. The top piece of the bumper needs stronger adhesive.

Works well. Expensive for what it is. But I like the overall fit and finish.

OEM fit. Front is covered, back is not. Would like a back cover as well. Bumpers are useful. Somewhat expensive.

Well let's see, i purchased the surface duo 2 phone for my business and the phone is quite good once you get a few things figured out. But that's a different review. As for this phone case, it is to say the least disappointing. The part for the fron for the wireless pen charging is cool. Although there is no back protection and the bumper protection is almost laughable. It is 2 small sections that you connect via a sticker. I am ordering a skin to atleast give me some scratch protection. So if you llan to use the pen with your duo 2 then the case is kinda a must, if not, skip this and get the otterbox or something better with some actual protection.

Better than bumper protection, because exactly what it says it does. Allowed you to charge your Microsoft slim pan 1 or 2, while protecting the front and the edges of the device. Needs better back of device protection though.

I wish Microsoft would have done a bit more to protect the phone (camera side). It does the job protecting the device (partially) and charging the surface slim pen.

This has kept my phone safe. I am happy with it. Funny though the magnet sticks to things randomly. And it's not strong enough for the stylus. Sadly it dropped mine and then the stylus was run over....

Definitely the best cover and wireless pen charger, can't find a useful case, but this cover is very well made..I'll be ordering another one

I like how minimalistic the case is but have concerns on how well it'll protect the device if dropped. Time will tell. Great with the pen too!

Meh. Expensive for almost zero protection. Must have the cover in order to charge the pen which is weird. If you like your surface pro pen and its rubber tip, you can keep it, and skip the rechargeable pen and this case.

Makes the phone easier to handle and feels a bit more protected, which makes me feel a bit better

This product fits perfectly, too bad the other side doesn't just come with the same cover. You can take out the bumper and restick.. But I wouldn't recommend resticking it more than 3 or 4 times.

The only cover I can find for Duo 2 that provide some protection. Price is high for the protection its give.

Despite the great quality. it is not enough protection .Not products fault. It can only do what it is built for

Very cool cover.... I Love that it charges my slim pen. DOes a good job protecting my Surface Dup 2.
