    Nice Keyboard

I bought this keyboard because it was highly rated for someone typing with long nails. So far, it is working quite well for me and my typing speed/accurracy has increased as I have gotten use to they keyboard. I like the size - it's a little narrower than my previous keyboard so it doesn't take up as much room on my desk. I've only been using it about a month so time will tell if it is durable and the keys stand up to the rigors of typing for 8-9 hours a day.

Microsoft designed a well-made and quiet keyboard. No more clack clack clack when I am typing notes during a meeting. The keyboard gives me a heads-up when I need to replace the battery. Easy to do.

This is actually a great keyboard from Microsoft. Have tried variety of different keyboards from them as well as Logitech and found that this Surface keyboard is miles ahead when it comes to typing. You’d never want to go back to the plastic keyboards The materials used (aluminum or magnesium, not sure which one exactly) alone make a huge difference. It definitely fulfills it’s purpose and makes for a great typing experience with silent keys that do not disturb your neighbors. The contrasting color of this keyboard is also what sets it apart. However, I would still like to see Microsoft making another version of this keyboard with a darker color tone on keys and including the backlit option with USB-C charging.

I needed to expand my work station to easily do number work. This keyboard was the right combo of style and functionality. It's Surface, so it's quality. And the spacing on the keys is perfect for a responsive work flow.

Typing on this keyboard is comfortable. But it does lag sometimes. Also, if you have multiple devices to connect to one keyboard then this keyboard is not for you.

When I first bought it, the product was the lemon and not all the keys worked. Brought it back to BB and they were kind enough to let me exchange it and open to test it on the spot with my laptop. I have a SB3 so it's the closest thing to the laptop keyboard which all SB users love. Wish it was thicker to really simulate the laptop keyboard, but most people probably prefer this thinner profile. In short, it's the best combo if you like SB keyboard and moderate keyboard use. I'm not sure if heavy keyboard users will like it, but fo rme it's perfect for typical work.

This is the best keyboard I’ve owned. The keys are smooth to the touch, they feel incredible under your finger tips, and move extremely well when typing. The downside is that the keyboard is smaller than your standard keyboard and my hands feel the difference - having larger hands it feels cramped and adjusting to the 10 key isn’t as intuitive so I find myself glancing down a lot to see where I’m at. I also can’t understand the price without premium features - no backlit keys, no rechargeable feature, no color options, smaller, no usb which might be the cause of lag. That’s it.

This is a good-looking, sleek keyboard. I like the physical response from the keys (not too much or too little). It looks nice with the matching MS mouse and my brushed nickel monitor.

The Microsoft Surface keyboard is a solid, full-featured, external keyboard option for the Surface laptop. I use it with a Surface Laptop 2 when the laptop is docked. It has worked well for the one month that I have owned it. Too soon to tell about battery life but no significant problems yet. The keyboard occasionally disconnects or can take up to a minute or two to reconnect if it has not been typed on for a while. I don’t know if it is in power saving mode or trying to reestablish the Bluetooth connection but it eventually does reconnect. A little pricey as compared to others. 4/5 stars

I brought this keyboard because I needed a wireless keyboard in my "home office" i.e. living room due to the pandemic. Even though I have a Microsoft Surface Pro from work, I was actually not planning on buying a Surface keyboard. What attracted me to the keyboard was the design and the fact that it has a number pad on the side. Many wireless keyboards do not have that feature. So far this was been working great for me!
