I May Be Old School, But I Prefer A Keyboard
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Touch Screen is very nice for many things but I still want that keyboard. And this Keyboard works perfectly and instantly with the Microsoft Surface. A quick magnetic attachment with zero configuration afterwards and it is up and running and the touch screen is still functional. They keys are as responsive as any I have ever used on laptops and desktops and it has the added feature I really like of being a lighted keyboard. It also has a full function touchpad giving the Surface the look function and feel of a very small laptop. Of course that will consume a bit more battery from the surface but the LED's are not very power hungry and that function can be turned off right on the keyboard when and if desired. And as quickly as it was installed it can be removed if desired when you want to go full touch screen and use your device as a pad. This also serves as a very attractive cover to protect the screen of the surface when not in use, especially during travel. It is better than the Apple keyboard, that's not saying much. It provides protection to the front of your GO. Has a decent track pad. I returned the GO, so the keyboard went with it. Insufficent power!

I keep it plugged in all the time, as it doesnot affect the battery. it does not come with a manual to explain any of the touch drawing you can do.
