The 't' and 'f' key are hard to push and the 'f' key fell out after only 1-2 weeks of use over the holiday. I'm going it's not to late to return.

I really am giving this score because of Microsoft's HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered an expensive laptop which was never delivered. They did a tracer investigation, and, WITHOUT evidence, they said that it had been delivered (it wasn't, I was there). They told me I could order a replacement and the one that wasn't delivered would be refunded, so I did. Well, fast forward 14 days, they said, "Yeah, sorry we can't refund this." Horrible experience, now I'm out $3,600.

Just flickers the caps/function lights momentarily when connecting to tablet and then nothing. Tablet not detecting keyboard at all. Outside return period, so looks like I'll have to hope and pray that Best Buy can help me exchange it for a working one.

I can’t take it bak for a new one or upgrade till I get back ! How you help me with this constant annoying issue ?

The item was delivered on December 2nd 2021 at my front door after purchasing it from Best buy Savannah ga in November 27th 2021. The return date ended on 16th January 2022 and the charging issue started soon after that. Now I am having a problem with this brand new high end tablet

The keyboard works roughly 20% of the time. The other 80%, no matter what I do, it will not work. Waste of money.

Keyboard stopped working properly March. Had to go several weeks with no keyboard while working through Microsoft's replacement process. They replaced the black one I purchased with a bright red one.
