What makes matters worse is that she has been complaining about the device for nearly a month and not that I am ready to send it to the Geek Squad, my return period ended yesterday. Not to mention that it's $40 cheaper than the original purchase. Parents, if you have children who rely on Zoom and other online programs, please look at other brands as Microsoft is not worth the headache.

The problem is not with the keyboard its with Microsoft because they don't communicate back and the keyboard has been un usable because their update messed it up and deleted its drives and firmware

And continued to worsen . Tried to return and was declined. Purchased another and it is working great. Love Microsoft surface series.

All function keys, enter, shift, backspace, etc. Always stayed clean and I never just threw it in a backpack. I don’t know what it could have been from. When it worked, I loved it!

It does not work for my tablet
