I recieved this in return of my unbiased review frkm the Tech Insider Network. I like that this is a magnetic keyboard/screencover, functions well with my surface go. I really like that the keys are back-lit, makes using the surface go at night so much easier without need for turning on a light. I'm surprised by how stiff this keyboard is for as super thin as it is. For being connected via magnets to the surface it stays connected solidly. All the keys and touch pad have great responsiveness to them as well. This is a must have if you purchase any surface tablet. My only complaint isI don't care for the suede like finish on the outside of the cover, but thats minor.

I was on the fence about purchasing this keyboard for my surface go 2. I already have another Bluetooth keyboard ( the excellent Logitech k380 ) and didn't see the need for another. However, this keyboard has been such a game changer that it has almost become my daily driver. The profoundness of this keyboard is not in its typing experience. Although the keys feel pleasant to type on, and the Alcantara finish feels amazing, the real winner is the portability. If you decide to go with another keyboard for a mobile set up, there is inevitably more fiddling around you have to go through. I am a Highschool teacher, and I am in multiple classrooms, so I am often packing up and setting up. This keyboard fits my use case perfectly, since it strongly attaches itself to the surface and can quickly be transported in between classes. I also love the built in track pad, since it makes it possible to manipulate objects on a projected screen while in expanded view. I was initially worried about its sturdiness. In pictures, it seems like it would be annoyingly flexible. However, the keyboard strikes the perfect balance between flexibility and sturdiness. There are some drawbacks. The first is that it is NOT compatible with a surface pro 7, or any other computer for that matter. I am aware that there are engineering constraints, but it would have been wonderful if this keyboard worked with other Surace models. I have also experiences issues with the up arrow. Sometimes I will need to press it more than once to get a response. Beyond these two main criticisms, this is a solid device if you are looking for a high quaility mobile setup.

It's good, basically turns your surface go tablet into a laptop which doubles as a screen cover. The mouse track can feel a bit clumsy since you have to click the board (I recommend buying a blu tooth mouse). Had to pay more than the Black just because I wanted a different color which sucks, but what can you do?

My fault. I got the wrong keyboard for my surface but I did like how it felt and the color was beautiful

Clips onto the Surface and stays connected fairly strong. The keyboard reacts very well. The keys have good depth and texture to them.

MS surface keyboard covers are by far the best keyboards used with a tablet. Solid typing feel and backlit keys . It does feel a bit small compared to a standard laptop keyboard, but after an hour or so your hands adjust

Decent keyboard but with a few scuffs. Like the color. Not worth the price.

The keyboard has a nice feel. It is small, it’s difficult to type fast without making typos. I have big hands and fingers, I ended up just typing with two fingers.

Main reason I bought the surface go was the keyboard. No separate charging, good magnetic hold, and i like the color.

This type cover is small because it has to fit the Surface Go 2. However, it didn't take long for me to get used to it. The red seems to hide any stains or dirt well and it cleans up very easy.

I'd give it a perfect score if there wasn't one thing that just bugs me a bit. First the case feels great. The material is smooth and easy to clean. The buttons are responsive and feel great on the fingers. The keys are a bit cramped but you are using a 10" tablet so it's to be forgiven. My big issue is, when you flip the keyboard, so the keys are touching the back of the tablet and the cover is facing out, the contact points do not like up. One corner sticks out a little bit and it just doesn't make any sense. Why are the contact points symmetrical? Then if you are using the device as a tablet you would be able to hold it without touching the keys. I don't for some reason this just bugs me.

Decent product; overpriced for a keyboard… and it was on sale. Kinda stuck on options

I understand why it is the size it is which is why it's still a four star and you get used to the size over time but you do notice it from time to time. The reason it's not a five star is because how expensive it is for something I think you pretty much have to get with a surface 120$ for a have to have accessory is kinda annoying but I will say its extremely well made and extremely comfortable.

I was skeptical paying 100 for a keyboard but definitely better than the knock off brands. I like that the keyboard lights up

The key board is good i like it plus it half acts as protector for my surface touch.
