I like the laptop very much - lightweight and sturdy so good for travel. Also, very easy to set up and utilize. The watch out is more on customer service for Best Buy - I bought this and they didn't have it in the store so it was mailed to me. Turns out it was sold by "Best Buy Marketplace". I had no idea. So when I went to price match (paid the extra $40 to be able to price match for 60 days) and saw it was sold cheaper on Best Buy marketplace the next week, they wouldn't match the lower price. I also worry about Best Buy honoring the warranty since it was sold by Best Buy Marketplace. So ask the question - is this sold by Best Buy or Best Buy Marketplace. Seems like they should be more transparent.

Had it for about a year now and it works amazing, charged very fast, the battery lasted a long time. Got it for college but I was able to do some gaming with no issues. The big screen made watching movies and shows amazing.

This is my second Surface laptop so they must be doing something right. This is a solid, straightforward machine with excellent specs and performance. Battery life is exceptional, screen quality is better than my eyes can appreciate, and the webcam quality is perfect for frequent Teams/Zoom sessions with clients.

One of the best laptops I have had. Great screen. Battery life is awesome. Works seamlessly when switching between apps such as zoom and teams when you are working from home. I had a very powerful laptop before but always had to keep it on charge and someone could not switch between teams and zoom for camera use

Great laptop. I use it almost every day. I have not discovered all it can do and taken time to learn more but I am very happy with it so far. The battery life is unbelievable. I would recommend it definitely.

This laptop is one of the best for college students in my opinion. It runs really well with multiple tabs and programs running at the same time with little to no slow downs. The screen quality is perfect with how bright and vibrant it is. I have no problem with its battery life as it gets me through multiple days of school without the need to charge.

Have been using it for making flyers, typing papers and mostly school work, its been a great laptop very quick, screen is the perfect size, had it for a month, no glitches or lag with anything, it looks great and runs better

I'm really enjoying this Copilot-powered Surface laptop. It's much faster than the Microsoft laptop I bought three and a half years ago. While I haven't used the AI features of Copilot extensively, I appreciate the speed, battery life, and overall superior performance of this laptop. In my opinion, it was a very good purchase for my current needs.

So far I have really loved this laptop! I use it for online college classes and personal spreadsheets etc. The picture is fantastic, sound is good for a laptop, and boots up super fast. The CoPilot has become my new best friend with all of the help it provides! LOL

Bought the Microsoft Surface 7 laptop about a month ago for my personal and business use. It is very reliable, starts up quickly,and has a very long battery life. I primarily use Microsoft 365 apps, which work fast and perfectly on this laptop. The touch screen has a high resolution, and the integrated camera makes Teams/Zoom meetings easy to manage. The laptop itself is thin and light, so is easly to carry and travel with. The keyboard and track pad are well designed so a mouse is not necessary. Have recommended to others who prefer Windows OS.

Use it for work everyday! Very fast and good quality

My third MS Surface and I still love it. I went with the larger screen this time and am enjoying the bigger image. I use this for my small business so I also purchased the docking unit. And a shout out for MS - They have come a long way helping with setup. Everything transferred over so easily. Just a couple of tweaks and I was back at work!
