Love these laptops i have them for the hole family and and friends on them

This is so good for working,editing and also for gaming

I decided to get this laptop because I was excited that Windows had finally made a system that competed with the MacBook. However there are several issues that caused me to regret my decision. The first issue the screen or just the background of the screen would go black sometimes without warning. Second the USB port would stop working randomly and I would have to reboot the entire computer. Third the trackpad would randomly redirect the cursor to locations while typing with no input even when on and external keyboard. Other than those problems I didn't have it long enough to experience anything else except minor key unresponsiveness. It did function as intended in every other regard solid performer for rudimentary tasks but struggles with anything heavily graphics oriented.

Great laptop for all my teaching needs! Its fast and the screen looks amazing! You definitely get what you pay for.

The new Surface Pro Laptops are so nice. I have been a Dell person for a very long time. I am in IT and try out a lot of different laptops. But this laptop tops the Dells. I have already bought another Surface Pro for work. We will be buying these Surface Pro's from now on. Must buy!!

I’ve been wanting to buy a Microsoft laptop for years, finally bit the bullet. Got it for my wife as a Christmas present, she’s thrilled. It starts quickly and holds a charge for hours. Great product.

I bought this replacement laptop when my previous Microsoft Surface died. A bit of a leaning curve with Windows 11 & Copilot. So far, so good.

The laptop has been great thus far and Best Buy made the whole online purchasing very easy. I received the laptop very quickly and am very happy with the purchase thus far.

The computer itself performs well. However the Snapdragon processor worked well until a Microsoft update made it no longer compatible with Quickbooks Desktop. There is no fix available.

Easy to use right out of the box. In the process of learning all the new capabilities to me with this laptop.

Would give a 0 stars if allowed. Received it tried to start it up, blue screen error. Unable to boot up. Missing necessary boot driver. Took to Best Buy geek squad and they said it was a bad computer, only thing to do was return it. So I did. I ordered this through the Best Buy site but they don’t make it clear that they also use a 3rd party vendor (Market Place) to fulfill some of their online orders. There lay the problem. If you end up with an order from market place and it is defective you only have 15 days to return, and you need to deal with Market place vendor, unless you have Best Buy’s total care coverage 179.00/year. They extend the return window and allow you do an in store return and refund. One way to tell if your order is an actual Best Buy item is that the sku # always begins with a 6 and I believe is never more than 7 numbers. Market Place sku’s are 8-10 or more numbers and can contain - -‘s. I do thank the geek squad and other employees at return counter for helping me understand the the third party market place issue and for helping me return the item.

Great device. Great battery life. Clear and vibrant screen. Traded in my MacBook Air and don’t regret it.
