The Screen is Super Fragile

Take into consideration the cost of the maintenance plan when buying this laptop because you will need it. If the screen gets damaged which it very likely will, (mine did within 3 months without being dropped).you need to have your whole computer replaced, as the screen itself can not be repaired or replaced. I love every other aspect about this computer other than the screens durability. But a 450$ cost due to extremely light wear (I keep my laptop in a docking station 99% of the time and had only taken it out yesterday due to my internet being down) and between the coffee shop and my house it cracked without being dropped. Again performance wise and aesthetic you cant beat this computer, but its pretty shocking how glaring this issue is and how costly it is to resolve. If Microsoft had a more reasonable repair cost for a brand new laptop or didn't have such a damage prone screen i would have given this 5 stars.

Crashes frequently

Not that great for the money. I have a gaming laptop with an i7 that was a little more expensive than this, but not as portable. I thought this laptop would do the job for my school work but it literally crashed while I was writing a paper, multiple times.

Laptop has amazing battery life. I suggest getting the Intel Core i7 over the Intel Core i5 for that extra bit of performance. No extra bells and whistles with computer, what you see is what you get. Thin, lightweight, with great battery life and a pretty decent design makes this a no brainer for me.
