We purchased the 13.5 inch which is a perfect portable computer to tote around with you whether it's through the house or taking it with you on the go. My wife mainly uses it for her online business and I use it for casual use. Also the touch screen feature is amazing and comes in handy a lot.

I noticed my son taking an exceptionally long time to do fairly simple things for his college courses on his Mac Air. I switched him to this and he has cut his work time down by over 50% leaving more time for actual study and not fussing around with simple things an Apple just won't do.

So, when it came time to buy a laptop, but I wasn't able to go into the store to try them out (due to the pandemic), I decided to go with a product I was familiar with. I love the Surface laptop even more than the tablet. It's extremely lightweight and has good battery life.

I've had this laptop for few weeks now and it's been great. I love the keyboard, screen quality is amazing, and the sound on this laptop is clear. The only thing I am not used to yet is the fabric on the keyboard. Other than that, I am happy with this purchase.

Nice but not great

Did not like the fabric feel of mouse pad and deck. Took away from aesthetics and didn’t think it would hold up to use or disinfecting. Storage is mediocre. Seems like a quality laptop but just felt the next step up was a better value. Got twice the storage and a nicer finish for just $100 more.
