My wife needed a good laptop that was easy to use. This one fits the bill. The fact that we purchased it the day before she was told to work from home was a special benefit. Since then, she has used it every day for numerous meetings and other projects. it has been great.

This is a great laptop for any use. Students and professionals can benefit from the clean design and ample storage space. Tablet mode is a great addition making it a two in one device. Would recommend to any one who needs a simple but powerful laptop.

bought this for my mother's birthday. she is not very tech savvy and found this product to be very easy to use. only complaint was that the keyboard stopped working briefly when she first turned the computer on. after restarting the computer, it has been working fine, but has happened one other time since then.

Needed new laptop QUICKLY so didn't do research, just took sales rep's recommendation (my bad). No serious issues, but don't like three things. 1) the magnetic power connection - its a good idea, but at least on mine the cord is a little wonky so it takes more fumbling than it should to make a strong connection. 2) Only one USB port, so had to buy a converter which is very small and I'm sure I'll lose many of them 3) not really fond of the "surface" surrounding the keyboard.

LOVE THE LAPTOP! I was debating on getting this or a macbook but I’m so glad i picked this one. My College semester is going to begin again soo I’m super excited to use it then! Maybe I’ll update this review after more usages through the semester.

Im happy with my micrososoft surface easy to use really clear screen I wish if I know to get better the surface table its hard using the laptop when are you doing digitizing you need a bigger screen if a know before buying this laptop but works great ...

I love this laptop. I bought this Surface Laptop 3 for my youngest daughter that was starting college this year. I had previously purchased the original Surface Laptop (first version) for my oldest daughter a couple of years ago when she started college. They both love them. I've used a lot of laptops (Windows, Macbooks and Chromebooks). The Surface laptop is by far my favorite. Super thin and light with a great looking touchscreen and responsive track pad. Also, the face ID to unlock it works flawlessly. Much better than typing in a password each time. One last item. I had a problem with the original Surface Laptop, took it to a Microsoft store that happened to be near my daughter's campus and they swapped it out for a brand new one. Great customer service. I'll probably end up buying one for myself...

Light weight, clear & bright screen, limited memory

Works perfectly right out of the box! Quiet, cool and I like the keyboard! This is the 2nd one this year; bought them to use at the tax office! Working great! I had a surface for over 6 years and it never let me down and I’m glad I have a surface again!

Purchased this right before the shelter in place order and it couldn't have been more peefect timing. Boots very fast, handles web conferences on various apps, has a long battery life, and the touchscreen has been awesome for the kids to do E-learning assignments.

What a great laptop. I love the alcantara fabric and will always want this on any laptop. Stays clean even after a year. I was worried about it getting dirty and gross but so far it has not. They say it is easy to clean though. Super slim laptop.

Absolutely love my laptop. Everything Microsoft is worth purchasing. This laptop is fast and looks very modern. Light weight and holds a charge longer than stated. Overall i am very happy with my purchase!

It may hurt your pocket a bit but it is a great computer! No complaints. Much better than the Macbook Air had before it. In my opinion, much better than their Apple comparisons. Great for students and will last you a long time if you take care of it!

You know a 10th generation 4 core i5 chip should perform better than this but I think it’s the operating system. Who made that system? Oh, Microsoft did! You would think they could make this thing perform better since you pay a premium for their name on it compared to say Dell, HP, Lenovo, or others. Oh, it’s sleeker and looks great. Not really, that’s way most my computers are Macs, but since Boot Camp and virtualization of Windows on a Mac is about to change I decided to grab this. It’s just okay and it’s because of Windows. I feel like I’m at work. Isn’t Windows something you have to deal with at work only? I feel sorry for everyone that just said “no” in their heads. I’m considering either returning or loading Linux. Just kidding it will just sit in it’s corner indefinitely until that rare occasion I actually need Windows.

I love this laptop. It is nice & sleek. It is lightweight and it works very well overall as a college student. I have not had any problems with it and I have had it for almost 2 years now.

For college for grand daughter. She loves it. If you can afford this better computer. Well worth purchase. I have bought one for each grand child 2 down and 4 years for next one. This is our start for their life beyond school.

Really enjoying the functionality of this laptop. It is lightweight and slim. Took a chance and bought it instead of the Surface Pro 7. I am pleased with my decision.

I purchased 2 of these laptops. One was brand new, the other was "open box excellent". Both look completely brand new, Excellent product. Lightening fast charging, lightening fast processor. Very happy with these laptops.

I have the Microsoft Surface Pro 6, and recently purchased this Surface Laptop 3 just to have another computer for working. Both of them are so easy to use and are so visually appealing that you just constantly want to keep using them!
