Laptop worked great for most of the time until early 2021 when it started to lag. It would take a while to start up which was unheard of for laptops with SSD. A little disappointed with this product.

I absolutely love my surface pro latop. Its sleek, lightweight and operations smoothly. My only issue is Microsoft could have adding more than one USB port. I didn't realize this feature until I needed another port. Grrr

This laptop is great. I like the backlit keyboard. I wanted a touchscreen that is lightweight and has a long lasting battery and this is perfect!

Bought this laptop over a year ago and it is still good as new. I always receive compliments on its looks, the soft keyboard is my favorite part about it!

For many years I have bought low-priced laptops that lasted about 18 months. I was ready for an upgrade and the Surface 3 was a good choice and reasonably priced for what it offers.

I didn't think I would like this laptop, but it's so good. I bought it on sale, so it wasn't expensive and for the price, I got it for, I feel as if it was definitely worth the money.

Daughter heading towards college not only found this to be very easy to operate but also to exhibit all the necessary tools to use while she advances her education

Great computer and great price. My son uses it for school and for other projects. He has installed several applications and the computer is fast and efficient.

I got this at open box for about $650 - what a steal. This has the 10th Gen Core i5 with the G7 Iris Graphics...which is the best for this CPU type. Great for Covid Computing!

Huge improvement over a Chromebook. Great and enough power for my daughter and her school work during this pandemic. Good quality and easy enough for her to use.

sometimes its functionality is a bit unstable? e.g. sound, recording, image cuts in and out, fan super loud. Still working on it, and i hope these issues get resolved!

When I first got the laptop I bought it as an EXCELLENT refurbish product on the website and it looked clean and new but when I opened the laptop, nothing worked, the touch screen and the keyboard did not work at all. I wanted to have it check by the geek squad but they said they couldn't do it at that time and will take weeks to have it check. My point is I thought the product would be in excellent condition since that what was said on the website and when I got it I didn't work and I needed the laptop that time so I had no choice then to buy a brand new one. And the staff were not that helpful they were just suggesting me to buy a new one instead of having it checked. I just wish the staff were more helpful but the laptop is good.

This is a solid machine for the price. My real advice would be to wait for a sale to purchase it. We have bought a few to use in the field and each time it was on sale.

I got this item for my daughter as she is in school. She loves the flexibility of a laptop and tablet in one. The battery lasts for days without recharging.

Quality you would expect from a Microsoft product. I love the feel of the keyboard and the speakers are amazing! How it can produce such full sound from something so small.

I have been using this laptop for about a month now and I love it. It has great camera quality the features are amazing I love the keyboard and the material of it.

Great build quality, preinstalled with Windows 10. Definitely update firmware ASAP to avoid weird trackpad issues. Generally a good performance windows laptop.
