I always owned HP laptops prior to purchasing this laptop by Microsoft. I heard nothing but good things about Microsoft laptops. I’m exciting to use this for school! The touch screen is convenient, and I find myself using it often. It runs well and has had no issues yet. The only thing that I’d wish was different is the connectivity to AirPods. So far, my AirPods have worked with every device, even other laptops, but it doesn’t connect properly with this one.

Easy and light. Other than the annoyingly few USB A ports (1) (resolved with the USB A-USB C adapter (USB C port is useless to me), I'd continue it a fine little computer.

It's a ultrabook for such a low price. Sth to note. The screen is a bit unique. It's more square and less rectangle. And the brightness is not high enough to work outdoors in sunny lighting. Having said that it's still a 5/5 laptop

Because of the pandemic and remote learning we needed to get her a reputable, solid laptop. It’s amazing. Sadly I didn’t purchase one that day for myself as I’m a freelance court reporter. I will be purchasing one now!

Just a great laptop with straight Win10. If you are going to buy a windows machine, this is the one to get.
