I bought this for my gf for her new job as a teacher. Orginally we purchased a chromebook but the way her school works with chromebooks locks the computer down. She loves this computer and it keeps her from running off with my laptop every day.

When purchasing this computer, we based it off of my current surfacebook that I use for college. This computer is also going to be used for college and will be perfect. Everything is simple, there’s touch screen, I mean it’s all great

I want to love this laptop. I want to take it home and name it George and hold it forever. The design of this thing is brilliant. Win10 is a great platform. This just was not the computer for me: 1.) The Alcatara I think feels like cheap 70s attempt to be class. It is a love/hate thing I think 2.) The price jump to something better than base/Alcatara is Apple-level highway robbery. 3.) I needed something with better specs than the i5 10th gen processor and 8GB of RAM. I didn't think I would, but I was wrong. It was a series of near misses.... just give me something with 16GB of RAM with a better price point. Even better yet, can we have the 4th gen Ryzen processor with 16B of RAM in the 13.5" model with the carbon palm rest for under $2000. Those specs are pretty much drove me to replace this with a Dell XPS 13.

I feel like there is so much missing from this laptop. I had a MAC for so long that maybe it's because I am knew to it. My daughter uses it for school right now and the touch screen is cool but the USB ports and extras are limited.

This computer is awesome! Covers the basics and tech is advanced enough to handle all my photography needs. Lightroom is lightning fast on this computer.

I've had this laptop model for well over a year, with no major issues. It's versatile for a variety of uses, adapts to new software, and performs good under pressure with quick response times.

The form factor is great, price is somewhat inflated but relative to other surface devices it was acceptable. From what I hear, device repairs on this device are difficult so this is more or less a throwaway if it fails outside of the warranty period. Given that, I am still satisfied with my purchase.

It is a fantastic laptop, I recommend it 100%, it is super fast and the best of all is that it synchronized completely with my computer PC and I pass all the necessary information to access everything I have at home with this magnificent laptop.

I was hoping MicroSoft would release the Surface Laptop 4 in 2020, but that didn't happen apparently because of covid. So I ended up buying the Surface Laptop 3 an I'm glad I did. It's a great computer and a good value.

The one of the best laptops I've ever purchased. I bought it for my child and she couldn't hide her feelings with it. This laptop is cute and works powerfully to our admiration. The price too was good. I love it.

Fast system except it occasionally goes to black screen for a few seconds when using some programs and occasionally won’t turn on unless I reset it (so it’s asleep but can’t always be woken). Felt material is nice and still easy to clean with alcohol wipes.

Not impressed. It is super light and easy to transport BUT I feel like it isn't very durable with heavy use. My mouse pad broke within 90 days. I traded this computer in and purchased something else.

I spoke to an associate before making this purchase. He was very helpful as I know very little about lap tops. He answered all of my questions and did not try to get me to buy unnecessary accessories. He was very helpful..

You do not need a $1,000 lap top. You really don't. Pound for pound this is the best lap top out there. Google Surface Laptop's vs Apple. This is the best Laptop for the money.

I personally believe that since it’s touch screen and it’s an actual computer. It lets you feel like you’re on a tablet with all of the computer attributes that you need. It’s an overall 10/10 for me.

I love this computer so far and it’s been a few weeks since I’ve had it! The face recognition is good and the fact that I can touch the screen also is an added bonus I didn’t know came with haha!

Fantastic laptop! I had the surface tablet and really like it but the laptop is much easier for uneven surfaces (mainly working from the couch or lap).

Got my son this computer for his birthday and he loves it! The graphics are great and he loves the touch screen capability! Would highly recommend this computer!
