Amazing product. Replaced a 5 year old 15 inch HP and it is like moving to a different universe. Really appreciate the seamless integration of hardware and software. Great screen resolution.

Best lab top ever. It was between this or Apple Mac book. It was also the same price but I chose this because it’s touch screen and I just prefer using Microsoft!

Laptops arrived quickly and were just what our team needed as we prepped for team-wide remote work. The power button is pretty well hidden on the keyboard so it's hard to find, but that is my only complaint

Have been using this for over a year. I switch from apples to this product. This Microsoft product far exceeds my needs and is a much better product than Apple

We are a Mac family though we’ve previously owned PCs. I love my MacBook but wanted a touch screen computer for virtual learning. So happy with this one. And it was on sale!!! I plan to buy 3 more!

I decided to purchase a laptop computer directly, instead of over the internet. The service was quick, accurate and safe. Distances were properly maintained and the salesman was professional.

Just awesome. Wife is a teacher teaching from home. She uses it to get away from desktop to teach from other area's of the house and is more mobile. Powerhouse of a laptop.

I bought this for my dad and he really enjoys using it for his online classes. The touch screen helps when he is not able to properly drag items. Platinum color is nice but I would prefer black.

Amazing laptop. Was given as a gift for new college student. The only problem is that it was shipped with a cracked screen. Got a replacement. Much better now!

Perfect for what I needed. The soft surface is a nice feature. The only down side is no hdmi port and only one USB port. Otherwise is has a lot of features and it’s great for a student!

I bought this about 5 days before I got sent to work from home. I'm so glad I did, because my old laptop would have never kept up. I am able to connect remotely to my work PC with no problems.

Travel friendly. Easy maneuvering. I'll admit the screen looks serviceable from a normal viewing distance; colors pop, and it's bright enough to use in direct sunlight.

The display is very good, and I appreciate the speed that the computer allows. I would like more ports on the computer itself so that I didn't have to get a docking station to have a mouse and a printer at the same time.

I love that it’s a laptop and a tablet. This purchase was needed for teaching students virtually during this pandemic. It has made the transition easier and has so many useful tools!

Excellent organization and service. The personnel brought the items out immediately and there was no wait involved. They were friendly and very knowledgeable.

I’ve used the Surface laptop for several years now. When the unit was damaged I purchased another Surface at Best Buy. Great laptop and Beat Buy was awesome in setting everything up.

The salesman was fantastic - learned about my work and personal needs, everything about my new Surface is great. A thin profile, very light, cool textured typing surface....so far so great!
