    We ordered the laptop Tuesday and received it on Thursday. We took the laptop out of the box and started the setup, everyone was going good and we were very pleased. After a day of use the laptop froze and wouldn't do anything. Also in the 4 days we had it the laptop received 3 updates. After I updated the laptop I thought it would fix the problem but it froze again but this time I couldn't even turn it off so I closed the lid and opened it to see a complete black screen. The laptop was turned on because the backlit keyboard was working but the screen would not come on. After 5 to 10 minutes it shut its self down and restarted. On the plus side the build quality is amazing!
