The page dims and then will pop up bright over and over. When trying to read emails or stuff on Facebook the things fly by to fast. I bought the laptop because my HP does this and I was told I needed a new laptop because this is caused by a bad computer mouse so why does my new laptop do it? I have called the store MANY times and can't get any help. I just get hung up on. I purchased the Geek Squad and haven't been able to get through to them so I don't know why I ever bought it. They do NOTHING to help me. This laptop is a piece of crap and so is the "so called" help. There is something wrong with the computer. I want to return it and get ALL my money back. I came to the store once already and was told to try to learn this laptop but it shouldn't be doing what it's doing and NO ONE there helps fix it. I'm tired of hearing they are to busy. WHY sell the Geek Squad when they can't be bothered? The brightness keeps dimming making it to hard to even see the pages. This is nothing but a piece of crap. I am handicapped and in very bad health so to keep coming to the store is a serious problem for me. I've been there 3 times already because the first 2 times the store was shut down because they were having problems. I should have been given my money back when I did get in the store and not told the Geek Squad was to busy to help me and to try to learn the laptop.
