I mainly used my laptop to play Second Life. My FPS were 39.1 (high) and never dropped below 30. The bottom of the laptop which is aluminum did get hot while gaming but the fan was mostly quiet and didn't run continously. Best Buy said there was no fan but Microsoft store said it did have a fan?? One morning I opened the lid and logged in and all the windows were positioned in the top left corner and couldn't be expanded or closed. I wasn't feeling the overheating and the glitches in my first few days so I returned this laptop.

He uses a Surface Book 2 for work and really liked it. I'm not a huge computer user, some spreadsheets and web browsing. I love the upgrade to the touch screen and it runs so much faster than my last laptop, which wasn't that old. I'd like to break it more but what can I say, it fires up and works every single time and that was what I was looking for.
