I wanted one and found an open box item. It was in excellent shape and works flawlessly. I really enjoy the feel of the keyboard. it is well lit and the touch screen is a great dimension to the experience and getting into the details of some projects. Thanks Bestbuy.

At first I was worried because I was so used to the Mac OS and Native gestures, but honestly, Microsoft did a great job with this machine and many of the features that I used on Mac are also incorporated into the surface laptop. If you are thinking about making the switch back to PC, this is a great computer to get

Lets just say its quite the leap in performance for me. I love the surface pro line and their ability to be a 2-1 laptop/tablet. But, best buy had this bad boy on sale at 799 with an additional $100 off for students! So at 699 it was appealing, then i traded in my trust worthy SP4 for an additional $140 off. Out the door at 626$ i am thrilled. Thank you best buy for offering so much. Not even Microsoft can match that. The device itself is amazing and sharp looking. The keyboard is amazing to type on. The track pad is big and actually quiet which is a plus. Touch screen for extra productivity. I still have my pen from my SP4 to use if need be. I’m used to the fabric keyboard from the SP4 and i have come to prefer it. Battery life is the only question mark, but with fast charging you can extend that life big time in one hour of charging. Thank you best buy for offering consumers the ability to upgrade and give students deals on top of a current sale!

It looks beautiful! Keyboard feels awesome. Specs are high-end and it's a fast & reliable device. One issue for new owners: Even the option for changing brightness automatically is disabled, the brightness keeps changing. To solve this: install "Intel Graphics Command Center" app from Microsoft Store; on the app from "System" > "Power" > turn off the Option "Display Power Savings" and RESTART.
