I ordered online after reviewing several computers. I decided on the laptop I ordered due to the additional $300 discount on this color. Color does not matter to me so I ordered it online and picked it up at the store. It was very easy to pickup. I prefer to pickup at the store as I do not trust the mail. It was a very good experience.

I am a Lenovo fan, but a family member talked me into purchasing this computer. For the first few months this computer was great. It's lightweight and compact. However; recently I have had issues with it powering up. First it was supposedly the jump drive I had plugged in, unplugged it and voila the computer booted up. I left the jump drive out. Plugged it in to charge, took it off the charge and it wouldn't boot up again. Was told to plug it in for 15 minutes and try again so I did. Voila it boots up. But WHY is this happening now? I'm so tired of this, it's not even paid for!

Had to return the original because the screen kept turning off when the brightness was at the lowest setting. Had it exchanged and it works perfectly now. Good for me running coding programs and playing video games. Love the look, but keep it clean, avoid oils

Three 15in screen Microsoft Surface laptop 3 is a winner. It's a little heavier than expected, but not a pitiful lack. The AMD chip set is fast. Best Buy got it to me very quickly... I'll be shopping there again.

Purchased for my daughter heading to college. Wanted something powerful that would last all through. So far this has not disappointed. Plenty of speed and battery life is excellent.

We purchased this to operate AutoCad. At first we were leery however it has proven to be a great tool for the job.

We purchased this screen to mirror my dual screen set-up at work. It works fantastic with easy set up, even on my older work machine. In the market for something similar I highly recommend this product.

Don't buy Microsoft Device | Lot of Hardware issues | No Support from MS team. I purchased Surface Laptop 3 / i7 / 16 GB Ram / 512 GB hard disk on March 9, 2021. I barely used it for 3 days, and my laptop started making this loud buzzing sound while charging, and the base really started getting warm (like its on fire). I only do basic office / corporate / business work on the laptop, no gaming or coding or video editing. So one would expect this laptop to work well. The mouse also freezes and stutters. For $1750.00 product you expect something better. Once I failed to get any support from MS team, I checked online for the issue resolution and realized that Best Buy and MS were aware of this hardware problem, but never solved it. The worst is that MS support team kept wasting my time in trying to resolve the issues, and I lost my window of return. But I am filing a claim for refund. But I strongly suggest that everyone stays away from MS Hardware. They are still not ready. Dont leave your MAcbook, HP, Dell foe this piece of crap.

Turns on extremely fast, beautiful display, and gorgeous exterior. Have had no issues. Hands down would buy again, very impressed with this product so far.

Bought this computer for my wife. She is very happy with the performance. Windows 10 still stinks but itis better than 8 and what choice do we have.

Switched from the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 to the surface laptop 3. So far it was a wise choice. I did not really use it as a tablet

Good laptop but multiple software issues. They do get fixed in updates but still annoying
