The computer is very lightweight. The screen is very nice quality. The more square-like ratio was pretty nice. The only issue is that the display would randomly show a vertical blue line for a split second.

My first experience with the Microsoft Surface Go was great, but I needed the extra capability of a laptop to run tax programs. The Laptop 5 was just the product. It is easy to use and coordinates with my other Microsoft products. I kept the Surface Go for travel because it's smaller size makes it more portable.

Love this brand. I’m still having trouble figuring out some things on it. But I love the touch screen and this keyboard is better than the one that disconnected to become a tablet. Screen is a great size for us people who have astigmatisms or just can’t see lol.

I've had this laptop for 2 years now and have used it mainly for work purposes. I'm a data analyst, so lots of PowerBI, SQL, Python work on it. It's fast and has served me well. Still going strong and haven't had any issues with it yet.

Computer was beautiful and worked so smoothly I ended up retuning the 15 inch for the 13 just because I commute with it and the 15 is very heavy but the screen is big and very bright

My second Surface Laptop, first is a Surface Laptop 2 which was such a good experience, when I needed to replace a Lenovo at my office, I chose the Surface Laptop 5. I'm very pleased. Same quality keyboard, monitor, solid performance. A true quality product. Highly recommended.

Looks nice and easy to use. I like the touchscreen; it is responsive. The black catches dust easily. I only wish I would have gotten the silver. I have had no issues the couple years I've had this. I mainly use it for work and internet browsing. The only weird thing it has done is the battery icon will look like it's low when it's actually not.
