This has been a solid workhorse right out of the box. I must say I’m impressed with its battery life. The graphics could be better and the sounds could be improved, but I use this for work and not for play.

This laptop was a little pricey... But had bought another Microsoft laptop last year. They prove to be fast and reliable. I still agree with this......This model is very fast and reliable. Definitely worth the price.

Great Laptop. Super easy to set up and with the msft log on - everything from old computer was transferred over. BBY was great also in that we exchanged the computer given the original one we ordered was too big. No hassle in exchanging.

This is my second time picking up a surface laptop with the same specs... it lasted me years and can't emphasize enough how well it has worked. I've used Adobe programs on it like a breeze; it has fast processing and a slim design.

Hands down, this is the best standard laptop out there. Sleek and smooth to work on. Great for personal, school, or work use! I use photoshop… Great screen definition, fast speed. This is my 3rd model and I’ll never use another brand again!

I like the big screen can be a touch screen, mouse , or use touch pad with arrows. Dont like i have to renew the office every year with yhe virus protection .

I absolutely love my new Surface Laptop 5. I had one of the original surface book for 8 years and it just started to slowly die so I know this will last years.

Love my Surface 5 Laptop. The screen is so clear and bright. And for a bigger laptop it's very light weight and great for travel. Highly recommend!

I love this computer, there there are minor inconveniences. Probably the most frustrating one would be the time it takes for Windows Hello to work. The IR light sometimes takes 10 seconds to turn on before it will read my face. Sometimes it works instantly though, so the times it takes a while is super annoying. The battery life is also pretty low unless you have all the recommended battery setting turned on. These settings decrease the full experience with this computer, so I don't really want to turn all of them on. I would, though, if I really needed a full day only on battery. These minor inconveniences are not a reason I would return it or wouldn't buy it again.

Surface lived up to its promise . Great laptop glad I got this for the house to replace my old unit. Its speed waking up and going to sleep are the best

I have always wanted a MS Surface and could never justify the expense; I had to travel out of town and needed access to my work and personal emails. So, I decided to bite the bullet and bought a Surface. I just love this MS product. It was so easy to install multiple email addresses and I set up the computer just the way I wanted. BestBuy was also great as they explained some technical stuff to me that I had to do and "Voila" everything went smoothly and my Surface works flawlessly. Thank You MS for a great product and Thank You Best Buy for outstanding support and customer service.

My daughter is very happy with this laptop. It is thin and light and perfect for school. Sales staff and Geek Squad has been very helpful.
