Fast computer. Much better than apple products. Very slim and easy to travel.

I love this laptop, last time I bought one was in 2012 when I headed off to college. I still live my other laptop, but the years have gotten to it and as a graphic designer waiting 30 minutes for one of my design layer to shift half an inch to the left wont cut it. This laptop is lightweight and nice to the touch but it packs amasing power. No complaints.

I gifted this laptop for my lady who is starting hygiene school. She is required to have a windows laptop. This is the computer that convinced her to switch from apple to windows. Great display and sound system. Equipped with good storage for school.

The computer works perfectly. It is very easy to use even for beginners. It came with word, excel and power point without having to pay extra for. And it came with an antivirus program without having to pay extra for. This made it a more affordable computer. It is a joy to use.

So far has been a great laptop for all of my general usage. (Microsoft office, email, internet, Trainerroad, etc). I know there are still apps working on support but I have not experienced any of these issue personally. Not a gamer. Everything has been incredibly smooth from setting up the PC through my month of usage. Last laptop was a M3 Macbook Pro. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best laptop I’ve ever purchased. So happy with it and trust in it so much based on its performance that I got another one for my daughter for her to outperform all her school tasks and assignments. I love the touchscreen feature as well, but more importantly it has great memory space and RAM is super fast.

So its great MS is pushing ARM64 more as the battery life is much better (to bad they didn't stick with Nvidia from SurfaceRT days). BUT the battery life is way worse than MacBook Air M3 in real world use cases. Also Win11 is sluggish compared to macOS in many ways, from opening file explorer app, to just scrolling pages in general. Also Mac keep better battery on sleep so you're left with more when you need to use computer again. Also almost no one is publishing to ARM64 still for some crazy reason while that is starting to change. That said, this computer is pretty good BUT you should never enable Copilot-Recall if you plan on using this.

System runs flawlessly. With ample 16gb of memory for most business related tasks. The Storage can be upgraded if needed. The sturdy aluminum exterior and simplistic seamless design adds to its build quality. Screen brightness and color depth are adequate.

This is by far the best investment in a new laptop (replacing my old Surface Book 3). It has all the essentials and more. Fast, efficient, and doable. Great product for the price point.

My new Surface laptop is clearly next generation. I owned an original Surface and it was great but the new one is faster with longer battery life. The Copilot is an awesome addition.
