Microsoft has finally done it! I use the laptop to connect to various work servers by using Citrix workspace. Laptop is connected to an external LG42” 4K display by using an HDMI to USB-C cable. Battery lasts the whole 8 hours with 45% left at the end of the work day. Laptop runs cool and I don’t hear the fan at all even when the laptop gets pushed. I am a heavy Mac user but I am considering windows once again due to this new comer. Good work so far!

The touch screen is awesome. I like how fast the computer is and its simplicity. It has greatly helped me especially now that I am in college again at 50 years of age.

I bought this for my uncle he absolutely liked it. He is not a big fan of MacBooks however this laptop is very close to MacBook in terms of design, performance, appearance. This is just amazing.

The good: The Battery life of this laptop is great when using it for simple browsing and streaming, I get an average of 12 - 13 hours of battery life. Although this is not what’s advertised it is much better than I usually get with others windows laptops. The trackpad and the keyboard are also decent although there isn’t much key travel. The Bad: there isn’t much wrong with this laptop. The screen could be better but it’s a decently bright display so it makes up for not being an OLED. Also since this isn’t an x86 cpu not every program runs perfectly, but as long as you know what you use runs on arm or through the translation it works well.

Well built and fast, with a beautiful screen. Compares with the MacBook Air 13 inch.

I’ve preferred Microsoft laptops over Apple for a while now and I’d give props to the school system for introducing them to me. I’m starting college soon and this was the perfect investment, it runs so smoothly and I’ve had zero problems. I think my favorite part so far is the battery life, I went to sleep watching YouTube and when I woke up after 9 hours it was still over a quarter charged!! I recommend getting the mouse to go along with it, it is convenient and adorable!

Great laptop to own. I have purchased Surface products off and on through the years and i have to say this 7th generation of Surface Laptop that Microsoft nailed it!!! I enjoy the battery life, CPU performance and find the Copilot experience very exciting. I’d say to those who have their doubts, try it out at your local Best Buy today, I know you will be sold quickly. $999 for this kind of sheer performance is insane for the money.

This laptop is the 3rd one I have owned, but the first Microsoft laptop I have had. It is by far my favorite one. I am a college student and it has been very reliable and easy to take to and from school. Copilot has also been very nice to have when I need questions answered. Highly recommend this purchase!
