My new Surface laptop is clearly next generation. I owned an original Surface and it was great but the new one is faster with longer battery life. The Copilot is an awesome addition. I would strongly recommend. Ezra and Doug assisted with purchase and set up. Outstanding customer service. Very satisfied customer.

After using this a couple months, I can say that this is a great machine. Fast, great graphics, easy to navigate.

First of all, I am not good with computers. This laptop and the whole team at Best Buy, has made this an easy transition. The laptop is very fast and I'm sure I will never use most of the many options.

It’s a really good laptop. Snapdragon processor actually delivers the battery life and havnt had any issues with compatibility. Add in the super bright screen that’s 120hz, and excellent build quality and keyboard and it’s a solid machine for everyday use!

Nice laptop, with best resolution screen. Price is ok based on the laptop performance. A little bit slow when using Office i.e. Excel

Surface laptop is a great computer. The best laptop I have ever had. Easy set up, great features, light weight.

First one returned won't turn on the second day. Second one never arrived and I got a refund. Third one in one week I went to the Cerritos store and got one. The laptop is ai computer. It is good with the speed and touch screen is fluid. Very smooth. I would give 10 if the first one didnt give me trouble.

I love that it has a backlight keyboard now! Very smooth and the screen size looks very nice with the Retina display. Keyboard feels good to type on and the copilot button makes the ai function much easier to access

Very happy with the computer. A fabulous and fast computer. Audio is very good. Picture qaulity is great too. No problems to date. Geek squad is fabulous.

Excellent product as usual. It's my third Microsoft Surface Pro or Laptop, never disappointed with the quality of manufacture. It would be much better with an OLED version

Great size, lightweight, AI components can be somewhat slow and the touch screen is very sensitive
