This is the second Surface I have owned. Love it!

Immediately when we got there, they asked if we needed help very thorough in the computer department told us the differences between each computer and wanted to make sure what we were gonna use it for so we could get the right programs excellent team

i love my laptop al though my husband was not letting me buy i still bought it and its amazing only disappointment is its very very fragile like a soft toy if you press hard it may break

Really nice computer does everything I need it to do.

I like the screen size, lightweight, ease of transporting. I don’t like the feel of the keyboard. When typing double letters or numbers, there is a hesitation before the second number or letter will record.

I have only been using this laptop for about 4–5 months, and I have already encountered several issues. The screen has gone blank on me a couple of times, and there was even a week when the charger did not work. Little problems keep happening with the laptop, which makes me feel crazy because everything seems to go back to normal after some time. This afternoon, a new issue started with my trackpad. It took me 20 minutes to navigate the website just to contact support. After two attempts, I finally reached a representative, only for him to hang up on me after I explained my issues. I regret this purchase and wish I had stuck with HP.

I love it! This is not my second surface laptop and I love how sleek it is and the battery life is amazing too!

Perfect computer- no issues. I had a surface pro 4 from almost 10 years ago. I’m in college now and want something that lasts forever. I’m happy I invested in this because I have two surface pros now since the other one is still working fine!

So far so good! Was a little worried about compatible issues, but so far no issues. Battery life is so good it's insane!
