I recently swapped my Dell and HP laptops for this Microsoft one, and it’s hands down the best decision I’ve ever made. The performance is exactly where it needs to be, and there are no complications with the battery life. I have a MacBook, and this right here is the equivalent of a MacBook with a touchscreen! Did I mention it’s affordable?!

I have had this laptop for a little over a month and I love it! The quality and design is amazing, the system is really quite simple once you get used to it as well! The battery life has served me so well as someone who forgets too often to charge my laptops too!

The computer looks great and has an amazing battery life. The screen is not too bad. The biggest issue is that copilot makes this computer occasionally lag. I would probably spring for a model that has better internals and hopefully that would not be an issue. When it is not lagging it is a pretty good computer. I would wait for a sale.

Love the touch screen and bright colors and speed! I just struggle sometimes finding my mouse after I've used the touch screen - it just disappears. If I press some keys it finally shows up again.

My son uses it for his music, song writing, and other work related matters. He loves it. It's easy to carry and light on the shoulders. It has the best hardware and software included.

I originally purchased the laptop on August 24. Right away, I noticed it was getting unusually hot while charging. About a week later, it began glitching frequently, which raised even more concern. Thankfully, I caught these issues just in time—still within the 15-day refund window. I was able to return it and get a replacement, and I’m hopeful this new one will perform as expected.

It’s a good and effective laptop. Runs multiple tabs well, and good if you want to draw little notes.

I think the computer is overall OK for my needs. I do not like that. It doesn’t have a rear camera and I don’t like that. It doesn’t identify my face in order to open. I have to use a thumbprint.

I bought this for my girlfriend recently for productivity tasks and light gaming. It handles both exceedingly well. Now I regret buying an Apple product because this product is much better.
