Extremely reliable, great battery life, I was skeptical on the folding on a laptop but have not experienced any issues at all. Great for storing all my pictures and doing my school work. Perfect for my work presentations

Bought this for business use and it is great. Speed and connectivity are awesome. Like that you can use it as a laptop and then fold it up to use like a tablet.

The ability to change from tablet to laptop is very helpful for school. It arrived on time and the packaging was great preventing any damages that could've occured during delivery.

The surface laptop is amazing. It’s very light weight and folds very easily. It is touchscreen which is very convenient. It goes really fast so there is no waiting! I would definitely recommend!

Love it! I use my computer everyday for work and it is always running fast, even when I have 20+ tabs/programs open. The battery lasts really long and the charger has a usb port!

This computer is a true jack of all trades, and I'd say it is a master at one thing for sure - getting things done. I've been off and on with Surface products since the line first began. I've had Surface Pros, I had the Surface Go once, I even had one of the older Surface Laptop models at one point. In my personal opinion, as a busy guy who does content creation, consumption, and straight up traditional, old-fashioned work on his computer, this is the best Surface product Microsoft has ever made. This thing feels incredible. The keyboard is great, the track pad is REALLY great, the body just feels incredibly sturdy, the screen is gorgeous - there is really very little negative to even say about this product. The different screen modes are all quite useful and well-executed, and I love the way the Surface Pen 2 just sticks up in there. It's so simple but brilliant, I think it's personally the best implementation yet of pen storage because although yes, it's somewhat exposed, it's extremely quick and easy to retrieve it if you suddenly need to use it in an instant. Perhaps the only negative points I could mention are these, and both are what I would consider minor. 1. Ports *might* be considered lacking by some. It's personally not a huge deal for me, but I know there have already been a couple of times - mainly when working with peripherals - that it would have been nice to have at least one USB-A port. USB-C is the future, no question, but there are still devices you will use with your computer, especially in an office or school environment - that will call for USB-A. It's easily solved by the couple of multi-function dongles I have, but it's always nice to not have to carry something extra around. I know some people might groan about the lack of SD card ports, too, but to be quite honest, in this day and age, cloud storage is what I use for most things and if I have to plug in a card, I will most likely have my camera with me, in which case I will be carrying around the dongle for that. 2. Now, I personally don't feel that this computer is *lacking* in power, for most tasks. I have been able to edit photos, edit videos, work with dozens of Chrome tabs, use office software, watch high-resolution videos, etc., without a hitch. But occasionally you notice a bit of minor sluggishness in transitioning between applications or doing things that involve different apps or programs working together to complete something. But I think it's more that FOR THE PRICE you are paying, you could very easily get a more powerful machine. ...However, that means that you'd be sacrificing the brilliant engineering and design functionality that leads to the utter brilliance of the total package of this machine. THAT is what you're paying for. Yes, you could get a computer that outdoes this one for what you're paying. But it wouldn't be able to offer what this computer offers while still giving you enough muscle to get you through the tasks at hand. Highly recommended, and I'm glad Microsoft had the guts to proudly release this product.

A very good Surface. Seems very solid and quality construction. Graphics are great and plenty of power. The only negative for me is it is heavy. It is even heavy for a laptop, not to mention a surface. However that may be a good thing.

Very good display. Bright but could have better contrast. Excellent form factor touchpad and keyboard. Would like an oled display and more up to date graphics card on version 2.

I bought this, despite the premium, for photo/video editing and aesthetics. I came from a gaming laptop that had a 2080 GPU. I wish this laptop came out with more than 4 cores & 8 threads (for future proofing reasons); but I'm sure it is in order to open up more models in the future (that's the name of the game). Solid (like a tank) laptop and more than capable of doing what the average (whatever that means) person needs - enough to be your only device for computing on the go or as a desktop at home (with connected peripherals). 4 stars really is for not being future proof; however, I'm at the point, during this time, where aesthetics and usefulness for photography/videography are my priorities on the go - where I don't have to lug around a massive laptop. I have a 5950x CPU and 3080 suite at home. So this, with my lifestyle, compliments the powerhouse I have at home, for when I travel. -- I trust this device and it hasn't let me down. *More capabilities than limitations. I recommend this, but look around before jumping on this device.

A significant upgrade to the surface book we were using before, which bit the dust. Lightning fast, and can handle plenty of processes at once.

I was looking for a laptop to keep at home and it'd worked great so far. I use it for college homeworks and for projects, it hasn't failed me yet so 10/10!

Love this!! It was everything I wanted out of my surface pro as much as I loved my surface pro I hated that it would stand on its own in certain positions . It’s an laptop like actually laptop with a collapsable screen. It’s a little heavier than my surface pro but it’s just as easy to carry around and has all the specs I needed as a graphic design student

Pretty durable for the most part, but with one drop the screen will break and before you know it you'll be on your 4th surface like me :) doesn't crash doesn't glitch I've stuck with them since like 2017

I bought this for my HR manger. She’s a windows user, but I was impressed with the build quality as an Apple Mac user. So far she has been pleased with the versatility and battery life. The screen is stellar.
