When I went to retrieve it, the homeowner said it wasn’t there. I called the store but they said that was the address on my account. Turns out I had 2 accounts, one probably created by the woman who stole my identity. Prior to that, I had received something else online and it arrived just fine. BB was not helpful in resolving the issue

Refurbished Laptop Battery drainage and minimal he

The "Geek Squad" technician at the North Charleston, SC store recommended I keep it connected to the electrical system, thus defeating in part having a laptop. The on-line support person recommended to return to a different store for support. I will do so.

Horrible Product
