This computer is awesome. Super quick, not noisy at all, and it can run all the programs I need. There is little down time in opening applications, and the battery life is insane. I had it on rest for 3 weeks once and it only lost 15% battery. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something to stream, draw, or lightly game with. It also runs the Microsoft Suite of products efficiently. The display is also amazing for such a thin piece of technology. Would recommend to anyone.

I love my Surface Pro 9! I updated from the 7 after it was damaged. I conduct client site visits that can be 1-3 hours long, so I often have down time during and between visits. Having the tablet allows me to complete my work, which maximizes time and services for all my clients. Plus, the size and ease of use makes it invaluable to me. I definitely recommend this tablet. It paid for itself in one month. The only drawback is Microsoft has removed the USB port, so if you have a device that requires a this type of connection, you will need to purchase an adapter or dock.

I was looking for 2-in-1 laptop within the Windows ecosystem. First off, love the screen - which is perfect: no too big and no too small. The tag-on keyboard pad mechanism is just seamless, and personally felt was better than a Lenovo Yoga. Great value for the price. I don’t need a laptop and a tablet now - all in one. Great build quality. My experience at the BestBuy store was superb - super friendly and well informed staff.

Best choice ever. Perfect to study and use sheets to work and organized my daily activities. Very good display and size. Battery duration is very good.

Arrived on time. So far it's working as expected. I'm not a fan of the charger that comes with it as it is very large and the plug that fits into the tablet is a totally different plug than any I have seen before. So if something goes wrong with it. It looks to be an expensive fix. What was wrong with the USB-C. That was simple and durable!!! Another thing I don't like is everything seems to want to push you into using the cloud. I still want everything on my PC. Because I am not always able to connect to the cloud. So I cant get to the files I need to work. Anyway time will tell how durable this surface is. My last surface 4 still works. Just really slow.

I wasn't sure what to purchase because I haven't had a laptop in a very long time. I ended up choosing the Surface Pro to double as a tablet and I'm so glad I did! It's my new favorite toy! I love everything about it. The fast processor makes scrolling seemless (unlike some other products I tested) and the battery life is still very impressive (with fast charging times). The color is amazing! The functionality is everything I wanted and more. Still exploring all of the features but it's way beyond what I expected. Love it! This thing will last me a long time.

This is my 1st computer or tablet in 5 years so I was a little worried about using it, but it turns out it wasnt too horrible. A Little bit of a learning curve but I love it. It runs really fast I'm just loving it. And I love that I have the Geek Squad if I have any questions. I was gonna have them come out and set it all up for me since it was my 1st time in 5 years but I did it all on my own and it was pretty easy. I know that might sound ridiculous to some but I'm almost 60 and my brain is not what it used to be so I'm impressed with myself and I love this surface pro 9 I definitely recommend it to all.

This is the 2nd Surface I have bought and I absolutely love the ability to use it as a tablet or laptop. I bought it for school so that I could use Office more easily than a chromebook which was my previous school computer. I dont think I will ever buy anything but the surface brand of laptops. I love them and the flexibility they offer. Love that the Surface pros are lightweight yet powerful.

This is my 2nd Microsoft Surface Pro. My 1st was the 3 and I had it from 2016 until 2023 with NO PROBLEMS ever! So it was a no-brainer to get the 9. Only complaint is that it doesn't have USB connections. Have to get an adapter to attach my camera stuff. That's frustrating. Otherwise I love this computer.

Light weight, easy to carry around. I use for school and being able to detach keyboard if needed is a great pro.

Absolutely perfect for working on my business. Not the most powerful computer in the world but it more than makes up for that with its flexibility. Anyone who has a job where you're on the move often I 10/10 recommend. Would also be very good for students ( provided you use the keyboard and mouse pad) due to it being very good for taking notes.

I'm so glad I purchased my Surface Pro 9. I have always been an Apple products lover, however the features on my Surface beats the MacBook and even the iPad, which I was stuck between the two. It's perfect for students especially for notetaking. It's like a laptop and notepad in one!! I still haven't used it to its best ability, but I can't wait!!!

I’m very happy with this tablet!! Very easy to use and extremely helpful!! I use for watching movies music and the best part is for work and the reason is because it’s very easy to take a screenshot and use the pen to mark every single detail in the screenshot and any picture. I definitely recommend to buy this surface pro :)

Fantastic! I had the original Go and this out performs all the way around. I like the bigger but not too big size. Much easier on the eyes. I use this for my insurance business and it does everything I need and allows me the ease of taking it with me for in house appointments. You can go wrong! Speed and memory are top notch!

Amazing, lightweight, powerful, comfortable and HD display

I bought my surface a few months ago and when I talked about tit to some of me tech friends, they all said "Im sorry to hear", but it has more than performed what I need it to. To give an idea of the stress I put on mine, I run DnD every second week where I have an app for loading images, spotify, multiple google tabs, 2 external monitors, and an app that helps turn my old tablet into an external touch monitor. I also ise this to record and mix music with reaper (again multipe screens, multiple connected devices each with unique signal input). Can honestly recommend, Im gonna try gamecube emulators next but Im pretty optimistic.
