Because it is a OEM copy which I didn't see anywhere on the website. It would not register with Microsoft because I had registered another windows previously on this computer. So I returned it to the store.

Every generation of windows gets better in some ways but then they keep trying to get us to let them read and record everything and now the AI wants to hear everything we say so they can sell it to their analytics partners and government so they can profile us and sadly this will probably never change. So read everything you can on the product and learn how to turn off all the monitoring that they prebuild into this.

I specificly searched just for a 64-bit edition Windows 10 OS. I saved $11 dollars not buying the 32-bit/64-bit copy. Most current computers purchased are 64-bit processors. While $11 dollars isn't much, its still !! dollars saved.

My Windows 7 crashed on my computer and I tried to locate the same system to fix it. It was not available so I was forced to upgrade to Windows 10. Once it was loaded, I realized at how well is was running my computer. I am very happy with it.

It works better than Windows 7&8.0. It doesn't lock up the internet pages and freeze like 7 does no more (recover web page)

Windows 10 can be a pain, but every new thing often is. Works pretty decent once you get used to it.

I paid an extra $12 for two day shipping because I wanted the OS at the same time my computer parts got here. They all got here in the two-day window (with FREE two-day shipping from Amazon & New Egg), but not my OS from Best Buy. It took a full SEVEN days. I should have just taken the holiday free shipping--I probably would have gotten in sooner.

It's better than Windows 8? It has some annoying bloatware issues, but it's not too bad.

I think Windows 10 has a lot of good things about it but the mail is difficult to use.

The software performed as expected. It even arrived a couple of days early.

No surprises with Windows 10 Home. Does everything I need it to for the basics.

I think this new version seems more complicated than my older version of Windows 7.

I'm sure it is a good product but wouldn't work on my mom's computer.

I've been using various versions of Windows for the past 25 years (since 3.1). Some are better than others. Haven't had complaints on Windows 10 yet.
