Easy install. Had difficulty with first one. Best Buy made an exchange without question. Five Stars for Customer Service.

I've been using Windows 10 for 6 months now. I upgraded because of the measured gaming performance increase of DirectX 12. I bought Pro to have a hard copy with which to do a clean installation. The graphical user interface design is simple and clean. Cortana is fun and signing in with a swipe of my finger is very convenient.

Not new to the Windows 10 OS; what WAS different, for me, was getting this on a USB stick! Easy to install.

Was having trouble installing Windows 10 especially when my new computer did not have a disc drive. Finally, went to Best Buy and purchase Windows 10. Very surprise that it came with a usb stick that you stick into the computer when the computer boots. Processes took minutes, and Windows 10 was installed.

Works fine so far. Majority of the software still works. Really only two software I use is not going smoothly. Nvidia drivers has a fix for but I'm just saying I couldn't install it the conventional way. That should change over time though. The other program, AT&T Global Client, doesn't work at all. I use it to connect to my work network. I believe fix will be on AT&T's side. Doesn't bother me too much though. Everything else is working fine so far. I bought the professional version but haven't utilized its features yet.

I have used windows 7 previously and the new version of windows 10 does an equally fine job. It takes some getting use to but it has several functions that clearly outperforms the previous version. It is also convenient to have the program on a USB drive should anything fail on the hard drive.

This is a great way to load the operating system. It is faster than the disk. Unfortunately, there are moving parts that will erode quicker than a disk and therefore I prefer a disk that should last for 50 years. But we all know that the operating changes every 3-5 years. I prefer a disk which is more reliable.

Windows 10 is a big improvement over Windows 8.1. However, it is still a bit difficult to get to correct sub menu.

I tend to sum up Windows 10 as the operating system update that Windows 8/8.1 was supposed to be. Windows 10 is the best of its immediate predecessors: 8's new features combined with the more familiar territory of 7. It'll be a less steep learning curve than Windows 8, too, I believe. It seems to run fine on older equipment if drivers are available, and it zips right along on my newer homebuilt AMD FX-8370-based box. A caution, though - pay attention during setup; Microsoft wants a LOT of your information - location, browsing history, etc., but that seems to be the trend with a lot of tech companies nowadays. My personal preference is to turn most of that stuff off.
