I am very budget conscious but wanted to purchase an xbox I was a bit leery about purchasing something pre-owned but I really did my research and also took into consideration of previous reviews of purchasing pre-owned items. Ive waited to give my review to really test and enjoy the product which I received my xbox a month ago from this date. First upon receiving the product it came in great packaging, nicely wrapped and boxed. There were no marks, dents or defects - The xbox looked as new and so far I have not had any problems. I feel so great that I did my research and made the decision to purchase the Microsoft - Xbox 360 - 250GB - PRE-OWNED. I knew that a brand new xbox 250GB would cost a little more ( I saved close to $70-$80 ) I also received everything that comes with a new xbox except the headset which was ok with me but overall I am satisfied with my choice. If the box did not say pre-owned I wouldn't have known any difference. This is from my experience and I would recommend anyone going this route if you are budget conscious as well but I also recommend doing research and I know reviews and experiences varies from person-to-person but it is good to also read a few reviews on what ever product you maybe considering to purchase.

Don't usually buy a used item but when my xbox 360 died I was not ready to jump into the xbox one realm. This used option gave me the chance to continue using my current gaming collection and with Games for Gold and a 250 GB HD, I'm in a good place. The product runs perfectly and had no trouble setting it up. The extra space also allows me to download and hold onto more games than my previous box.

Got this for my son for Christmas, it arrived when it said it would, is in really good aesthetic condition, and works great so far. I'm very happy with this purchase and would do it again.

Very user friendly easy to set up.The graphics are amazing. Our first game system since the Wii,this was well worth the price.

I purchased this Xbox because I was on a tight budget and wanted to get the most out of my purchase, and I did. The unit itself is flawless cosmetically as far as I can tell. It comes with everything you need to get started except for the batteries for the wireless controller. It's pretty easy to set up and be playing in no time. I would not hesitate to purchase something that has been refurbished and resold by best buy. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I wasn't sure about spending so much for young grandchildren 300.00 for new Xbox, but sales associate was able to introduce me to open box or refurbished unit for less. That made the sale I was leaving great job by him, great deal for us. Thanks.

When our original Xbox of 5 years finally quit on us, we looked into getting a refurbed with more memory. The price on this refurbed was competitive, and it arrived in perfect condition, with the powercord and a controller. Will buy again!

This unit performs well and meets all expectations. The only problem I had, is it said right on the box pre owned. Not a crushing blow, but it could have been stated in the paperwork. Otherwise it performs flawlessly

cant really say anything bad about this. My old Elite model died (bad GPU) and this refurbished model was the right price considering my low level commitment to Xbox. If you're not a die hard Xbox player, this refurbished console is the best option.

I purchased this product for my 13 year old son, it was refurbished and ran like brand new.. Price break was great, very happy with my purchase and the staff that assisted me. High recommend Best Buy to all I know...

Unit was exactly as expected, great memory for the price. Was a little disappointed with the condition of the remote, but it was used so what do you expect?

Honestly, I was a little hesitant to purchase a used XBOX but my boyfriend insisted and it was the best decision ever. We have had absolutely NO problems with it. It's in mint condition and I couldn't be more blown away. SO worth it!!!!

No hesitation recommending this console at this price. Best Buy nicely packages and ships the console and gives the purchaser 30 days to return it if there are problems. Great for new users who want hundreds of old titles.

We have the newer version and a few other newer consoles. This was a perfect purchase, works like, new looks new, with a refurbished price! Get the protection plan and you're al set! New consoles may have cool features but we still go back to this unit! 5 stars because we got this when it first came out and got this last month, it's perfect for what we need.
