A bit confused and disappointed

After looking through the reviews, i've seen the microsoft/xbox support team explaining that the code should work even after accepting the $1 offer which i did and it still is not working for me..so now im stuck with this code and out $15???

While it's true that this particular deal is only good for new members of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you should be able to redeem it if you've only signed up using the special $1 for one month E3 offer. Unfortunately, if you've already redeemed this 3 month offer, you cannot stack another 3 month offer onto it. We recommend first double-checking to make sure that the code has been entered correctly. I thought I was getting a prepaid card for Game pass Ultimate like I've done with Game pass and xbox live since they've existed but apparently they get your money and you get nothing in return I've you already have a membership?

We're sorry that your experience with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate hasn't lived up to expectations. This special offer is for new Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members only, however you may still redeem it if you are already a regular Game Pass member or if you redeemed the $1 for one month special E3 offer.
If you bought more than of these codes, you're not out of luck. This introductory offer is good for one Microsoft account per year so please hold onto the code and use it one year to extend your membership for another three months.
