    I purchased this actual card to put in my son’s Easter basket but it never worked. They sold me an unactivated card. I spoke to two real representatives and one computer but was never given a resolution. They said that I would be getting an email from geek squad in a few days, never happened. My last resort is to go to Best Buy in person. I have purchased many Xbox cards over the years and this has never happened.

    I got a physical card. Scratched off a few numbers and some of them actually went away completely. Never got a refund. So I wished a lot of money. Go digitally.!!

    It use to be 49 for a year now it's 3 months for games i will not play. The greed theses companies have is unbelievable. Eat the rich there should be no billionaires especially trillionaires .

    I got this for my son for Christmas an it had been used before Christmas I called Best Buy an apple an they both told me there was nothing they could do. So I ended up losing over 200 thanks a lot apple an best buy
