haven't tried Zombies, but game story didn't really engage me (but personal preference, and didn't knock off stars for that). As with previous versions a lot of time must be dedicated off-line to research equipment and maps.

Allows you to play games online against your friends. You can watch movies and tv shows through Netflix and other outlets. A yearly membership saves you money in the long run.

What can I say? It's easy to use and you need it to go online with xbox live. Pick one up.

It seems that Xbox Gold Live is practically essential to the Xbox experience. The best time to purchase is when Microsoft is running one of their periodic promotions (seems to happen for one week every several months) where they discount it by $20. I was able to pick mine up at Best Buy for the discounted price and it helps ensure I can access all online content. The Free "Games for Gold" that I've tried seem to appear more a reminder of a "free" App Store Purchase on my iPhone that then wants me to pay for "full" functionality. If you are just buying for the "free" games, be sure you know what you're getting.

This is a standard 12 Month Xbox Live Gold subscription. The picture and name "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" is just showing you a game you could play online using this subscription card if you also bought the game. Don't be like the Best Buy employee to whom I repeatedly had to explain that he was indeed not giving me a downloadable copy of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare for free with my purchase of one year of Xbox Live Gold.

DON'T BUY THIS BECAUSE YOU HAVE A DEBIT ON YOUR MICROSOFT PROFILE AND YOU RATHER USER YOURS BEST BUY POINTS TO PAY FOR MEMBERSHIP INSTEAD OF CREDIT CARD. Microsoft will not accept and you'll end up having to pay them with your credit card and this Xbox Live card will be added to your profile.

I always use the 12 month prepaid route for my Xbox Live Gold account; rather than being bled for 9.99 a month. Best Buy usually has pretty good deals/sales on the 12 month, and it is great since I need Gold to use Netflix and a lot of my games on my 360.

My kid loves Xbox live, and this hooks him up for a year. I'm not exactly sure how to review it, other than to say that it works as advertised (code grants us a year of access).

it's 12 months of xbox live subscription for the stock price, sort of hard to go wrong. Wish they'd go back to adding a little code for the special edition card you buy....

I love playing xbox, so getting the 12 month membership is really a no brainer. Priced well, since this is a fixed cost pretty much everywhere on the product.

Was able to get this for 20 dollars less with a promo in store, so is works out to less than 3.50 a month. Worth the money spent for the gold membership

The Xbox live subscription worked like a charm. I don't believe there's really a whole lot that can go wrong with this either it works or it doesn't.

This is on the wish list every year and definitely worth it from what my son tells me. He looks forward to chatting with his friends while gaming.

If you play COD you have to play live. It is not worth even playing if you can't play with other people. Buy this, it's great!!

These are always easy to use to add to your account and make you feel better not having your credit card stored on a system.

Excellent value, saved $20 over regular price plus had rewards points I needed to use so ended-up only costing $20. Love it!
