This is a great gift for someone who plays xbox, because even if they already have a subscription, it just adds more months to their account.

I give this a 5 star for a few reasons. 1 the 12 Month membership isn't available online for Microsoft and i had to go to the store to get it. 2 xbox live is great and allows you to play with friends all over the world while getting to play certain games for free online. All in all, a great buy! Dont fall for the 3 or 6 month membership.

My XBOX Live Gold ran out and luckily the same day Best Buy had it on special and the codes were entered and worked flawlessly!
