I upgraded my 9-year-old son to the Xbox One S from Xbox 3060 for his birthday, and he is super thrilled. Not only does it have great graphics, but now he can play Star Wars Battlefront. I can't lie, I like it too. I'm not an avid gamer, but it came with Madden 17 which some of the neighborhood dads and I have enjoyed. It also came with a month free of EA Access and you could download a bunch of other sports games.

This product is great i use it everyday. Whether its playing games watching my favorite shows and movies.. and its 4k viewing ability really brings everything to life.. its less bulkier than the original xbox one and it can be set vertically if you have d vertical stand so i takes up less space..its 1tb hardrive upgrade from the 500gb original was grest too giving more space for your media..

This system is amazing. I had the Xbox 360 and upgraded finally and the Xbox One S is fantastic. Games look incredible in general, even better with a 4K UHD tv with 2160 resolution and 120hz refresh rate. If you're looking for a great gaming experience, look no further. I got the bundle that included Madden 17. I usually don't enjoy football games but this game is a blast to play.

The Xbox one S is awesome. The system runs very smoothly with amazing graphics.

I buy every console. This was to replace my Elite console for when I get my 4K tv. I was more of a 360 gamer last gen, but PS4 is my go-to this generation while my One is for exclusives like KI and Gears. For the price, this set is decent. If Xbox one is your main console, you may be tempted by the 2tb version. It's a better deal to buy this and nab a 3tb external on sale and use that to store games as you'll have higher capacity and faster load times through the USB 3.0 connection. If no exclusives on the Xbox interest you, you should be buying a PS4 anyway as it's a much better console in every way.

For the price, it's probably your best 4K blu-ray player, since it's also a game system. The Madden game included is a pretty good addition to the series.

I already had an Xbox One, but purchased the One S for the 4k Blu-ray support. I love the fact the power brick is now internal as it helped clean up my TV stand. I've since put the old Xbox One in another room so we can play multiplayer games in the house on 2 TVs, but it would be nice if Microsoft would allow local multiplayer without a Live subscription.

Not a gamer. Bought for myself & grandkids. Extremely complex for the novice. Little or no documentation or quick start guides. Incredible graphics. Would like to see beginner modes with limited controller action to get used to the games. Even bought the advanced controller because it indicated adjustable sticks, That is a joke. Very little adjustment... Hardly noticeable. Bought a bunch of games to go with it. Hoping time will help me become somewhat able to use the games. I think I really need to sit down with an experienced user to show me the ropes.

The reduced footprint, increased storage, and 4K output make the S a worthy upgrade. Having upgraded from a 360, the features of the S are outstanding and make gameplay truly enjoyable. The incorporation of Marketplace, Apps, Music, and Movies makes the S an essential hub for your entertainment system. The Xbox Live Gold package is a must have, as well.
