great if you have an older 360 mic

No help with xbox tec soupport, they said it was a router probulem. But i bought this to see. workes great on my end, my friends say i sound a bit muffeled. But i can hear fine it also has an addoptor that works so i can connect it to my computer as well. So it now as two uses. Well worth the money.

Apparently something to do with the mic on regular headphones won't work on games or something. Idk. But if I'm not using it to talk on its great to watch tv with at night or play games without a mic needed.

Good product but malfunctions Xbox One Controllers

I have to turn off the controller and turn it back on, on a regular basis for the Xbox One to recognize that I have a chat adapter attached to my controller. Microsoft needs to fix this major issue many people are experiencing this even the the regular Xbox One Controller.
