My son needed an adapter for his controller that would work with his head phones and this adapter seems to do just that.. works great!!

I bought two of these for my children, and they work perfectly: no issues at all. Compatible with 3mm jack and 1.5mm mics and ear buds.

Got this for my brother so he could hook up the set of Turtle Beach headsets I got him for his Xbox One. Works perfect no problems at all.

This adapter works great. Allows my son to use his X-Box 360 headphones with the X-Box One controller when playing on X-Box One system.

Adapter works fine. No issues so far, just plug it into your xbox one controller and its ready to go.

The adapter is NECESSARY for gaming. So far so good. We can tell more about quality in a year. As of now, it works fine.

This is probably one of the best headset adapters there is, I would definitely recommend this to someone thats in need of an adapter.

Always used a headset when I played my Xbox 360, so when I got an Xbox One I of course wanted a headset for it as well, BUT I didn't want to pay the expensive Xbox One headset. This solved my problem. It was cheap, and my previous Turtle Beach plugged right in and has worked great since day one! Also swapping back and forth from 360 to the One is amazingly quick.

I think this should be included with the controller. But besides that it works great. I use it with my ear buds that came with my htc one.

useful for older headsets that aren't compatible with the new consoles. example, turtle beach 2013.

Unfortunate that I had to purchase this separate but needed it to use my old 360 Turtle Beach headset. But it does exactly what I need!

I bought this item several weeks ago and have yet to have used it. It is a great item but does not come with the appropriate cord. Have you ever tried to buy a 2.5mm stereo headphone extension cable? Me either! Maybe some day soon though. Best Buy sells them on their website from third parties which means you can not use a Best Buy gift card. I digress!

Easy conversion for your XBOX1 headset. Pretty much plug and play, small upload to sync your favorite headset and mic. Great Value !!!!!

It works but read the instructions. Too bad it's really bulky. Should have gotten a new controller

This is great for when I don't want to bother my girlfriend with loud matches, all sound comes through the mic and it works perfectly.

Gives you the ability to use stereo headsets if you don't have newer xbox controller. Even allows the use of ear bud type headsets.

This adapter is great. I have used it on an older controller that did not have the 3.5 mm outlet. I have also used it with a new controller that does have the outlet. the benefit of using it with a new controller is that you have the ability to mute, and control the game and chat volume at your fingertips. Very Convenient.
