Honestly if this weren’t a necessity for the live conversations I perhaps wouldn’t have purchased this. Overall it’s very well built and is a good product, however on a personal note I’d rather have something wireless than something that needs to be wired! Otherwise it’s good!

Works as it should, but the fit is terrible! I have to use it fully extended on both sides and even then it presses hard against the top of my head. It may fit a teenager better, but my kids can't use it because it's too big for them. For the price, I'd recommend using another brand.

it works, might break easily and might be uncomfortable at first, but overall, it’s alirght and it has a pretty decent microphone.

These sound good, but I needed Xbox headphones quickly for a test. I would buy a better product.

The sound is not good at all. My Sony ear buds sound better then these do. They don't go loud enough and the bass is garbage.

I bought this headset for my 10 year old grandson for Christmas. After two months of use the ear piece broke off from the headset. Since I purchased one month before Christmas it is out of the 90 day warranty by two weeks. Microsoft will not do anything about the defective design. I thought I was buying a quality headset. Well the $30 headset from an off brand I purchased at the same time for my younger grandson it working perfectly. If you have to buy this Microsoft headset you had better purchase the extended warranty because you will need it!
