Great multi-use console

Plays great, but controllers not great

My grandson had to come over and help me get it going. this is going into a rental property so I did not want to have an account on the machine.

The game code said it was already redeemed but we didn’t. I called and Best Buy customer service said they couldn’t help to call Microsoft. I called Microsoft and couldn’t even speak to a human. The recording advised me to go to Microsoft online and chat. I still don’t have a game code. I will not buy stuff like this from Best Buy again.

Not really a big fan. You have to download the game from a CD to play it??? What is that about?? With PS you pop the disk in and go! It takes awhile for the download too! Also, you have to download a DVD player to the box in order to play DVDs and guess what? It doesn't work great. Play Station to me is a better product
