So you have to spend more money to get the things that were already standard on the xbox1 and the game is broken!

Very inconvenient to use. Unnecessary sign-ins and a menu thats hard to navigate. PS4 is much simpler

I returned the item not because it was bad but because I dont think there is a notable difference between one x and the one s. I played on my OLED 4k tv and both consoles performed the same. The tv made it look great. Cant justify even $399 when $249 xbox one s was just as good.

Didn't notice the difference in performance to the regular xbox one. Wasn't worth the extra $100

This has nothing to do with the console but the game itself. It is extremely disappointing and empty game. Adding multiplayer means that you can only play multiplayer with PvP. The game lacks any story and becomes extremely boring quickly. I played for hours waiting for it to get better but unfortunately it wasn't happening. Glitches and buggy graphics on top of the mess that the game is only adds insult to injury. Don't buy it and save your money. Beyond disappointing, Bethesda screwed up big time on this one.

Great system when it came out, I have sense upgraded to the xbox series x.

I just recently purchased this bundle 2 days ago and was very excited about getting back into gaming but unfortunately right out of the box the system is crashing and rebooting on it's own. I even attempted to reset the console and was able to download mortal kombat xl and the game continues to freeze and crash. I have no recourse but to return the console.

I used to love these consoles, but I've had two where the disc reader burned out pretty much immediately after the manufacturer warranty expired. One of them still functions for digital downloads and streaming, but the other one has effectively bricked now.

Working second product hope works better than last one

First one bought stopped powering on less than 30 days for no reason. Hopefully the replacement will be better. Hassle free return and exchange at bestbuy.

Picked up this unit a couple of days before Christmas while it was on sale. I've been playing Fallout 76 since yesterday and I must say, the graphics and performance of this console are the best I have ever seen from a console. However, I'd definitely recommend a 4k panel to go with it to get the best experience. So far so good with this unit, will update review if I encounter any issues.

System shut down and stopped working exactly a year after I bought it. Called to get it fixed warranty was over and now they wanna charge me 260 dollars to send it in too fix it wasnt happy at all.

I'm an old guy that still loves gaming. Been playing video games since pong came out in the 70's. I've had many different systems over the years but none compares to the one x. I had a one s and decided to upgrade. Glad I did. Games like RDR 2 and ACO look amazing on my 65 inch Samsung qled. The 4k blu ray is a big plus also. Even my son in law said RDR 2 looked better on the x than his ps4 pro. Got this for 399 with Fallout 76. Sold my one s for a good price. The upgrade was well worth it to me. Don't get me wrong I liked the one s, but if your on the fence about getting this or upgrading I highly recommend the x. I've bought Microsoft products since the mid nineties, and will continue to do so. Thanks Microsoft for a great product like the Xbox One X.

Wanted not only for games but for cd’s as well....Had to download app that should have been built in. Stereo image and sound stage was really bad as well. Returned.

Having trouble with it starting turning off. Having trouble for a while but don’t want to ship off and not have anything to play

Constant glitching and problems with it. I have had to reset it several times. It has blue ray issues especially the 4k movies.

i had this Xbox and its been preforming like a beast i feel like this is gonna be running for another 5 years and i got this xbox in 2019.
