Stopped working in 1 year!!! I’m so angry! The worst purchase EVER!

It lasted 4 months and now it's junk I gotta return because it keeps shutting off

Did not work how it said it will. The 4k is not the what its all about

I bought this for my husband's birthday six months ago. He has used it almost everyday since, he loves it! The quality is great. It's nice how slim it is compared to the original Xbox One. The game play is a lot better. We have bad internet connection, but one of the first things my husband noticed is it lags a lot less on this vs the original Xbox One. We don't have a K4 TV, so the enhanced graphics aren't that much different. Both regular DVD and Blu-Ray discs work great. I love how this came with a controller. With how much we both love this, I will add that occasionally when I try to turn it on it won't start-up until I unplug it and plug it back in, then it works like normal. I've had that happen three times within the six months, but that was possibly used error.

If you have a 4K television then this console is a must have over the standard version. The Xbox One X can play some games in 4K and the performance has been enhanced overall. I would recommend taking advantage of the sale price that's going on right now to get this system for $400 which is $100 less than it normally is. Fallout 76 is a pretty standard game but the real value here is in the Xbox One X console, this is a great value. Also perfect for watching 4K movies

While the included game has its own drama, this review will focus on the console as this is technically, a Microsoft product and Bethesda's Fallout 76 is another story. The Xbox One X performs considerably better for gaming compared to the other Xbox One consoles in the lineup. If you just want decent Xbox One performance and UHD Blu Ray player, stick to the Xbox One S. If you want to enjoy 4K games in all of their glory, definitely spring for the Xbox One X. My only other advice is to research which free game you want with your console. The controller in this kit is also better than the generation of controllers prior. The button function is the same, but the molding of the grip feels better.

This is a solid bundle with the price drop. If you don't like Fallout, don't base your entire review just on that game (Tyler). Amazing gaming system and features. Runs a lot faster than the original Xbox One. Very happy with this purchase and will be enjoying it for many ears to come.

I'll give some background: I play on a 49" TCL 5 series 4K TV. I tested out games such as Forza Horizon 4, Sea of Thieves, Rise of the Tomb Raider, NHL 19, Gears of War 4, Battlefield 1, Battlefield 5, The Witcher 3, and DOOM. Just some calibration tips for the TCL 5 TV; Picture: Brighter, Normal (or Vivid)/Advanced settings: Brightness up about 5 points, Contrast down about 5 points, Color up about 5 points, and sharpness set to 0./ Micro Contrast set to High. Now that that's all out of the way, I can say that initially the Xbox One X underwhelmed me. I then re-calibrated my TV and was pretty happy. Rise of the Tomb Raider looks nearly as good as the newly released Resident Evil 2 (remake), yet it came out 2 years ago. Gears of War 4 looks the most visually stunning out of them all. Forza Horizon 4 looks pretty ridiculously good. NHL 19 only looks slightly better. The Witcher 3 looks better and better in 4K the more you play it (beautiful work of art of a game, for real). I'm in the Blood and Wine area and it all looks great. DOOM at 60 FPS looks the best to me. The higher frame rate makes the visuals just excellent. I think if they can get the next systems to 4K @ 60 FPS, then it's going to be a gaming transformation. DOOM already accomplishes this--pretty amazing. I admit I'm not sure that it's worth the $400 to $500 (I paid $400) in terms of the visual difference, but if you calculate that a 4K graphics card for a PC is around $1,000 to $1,200 then there's not really much I can say. I'm getting a $1,000 value for only $400. For that reason, I've given it 5/5, There is a noticable difference with the only thing holding it back is my TV. I'm looking to get a Vizio P or Sony X900F down the line.

I purchased this at the suggestion of some friends who play together online with their original Xbox One systems. I elected to get the X console due to the color is black, I generally don't like systems to be white. Besides the cosmetics I feel that Microsoft finally did exceptionally well with the construction of this console, it should being their top of the line model. I have owned one of each iteration of the Xbox consoles, going back to the original Xbox. I sold my 360 5 years ago but decided to try the Xbox out again and feel they have come a long way. The dimensions of this system fit perfectly fine and sits comfortably on top of my PS4 console. Multiplayer is where the Xbox shines, which is honestly the sole reason why I purchased this as none of my friends own a PS4. Where this system falls short, however and which is why I deducted a star, is the main dashboard and submenus. It took me a while to get the hang of it all but I am left with the feeling that the dashboard system is a cluttered mess and clunky. The PS4 has a much nicer, and smoother, user interface and menu system. Overall between the two systems I will say the PS4 is the better overall system but the Xbox One X is no slouch by any means. While I would never pay the $499 list price, this late into this generation's life even $399 is a lot to pay for a console. Granted, this contains more advanced hardware than the Xbox One S but let's not be fooled here, we know that when the next generation Xbox is released the One X will be relegated to "last gen" status with every other model of Xbox. I would suggest anyone looking to purchase an Xbox console to save their money and consider the S model instead until the next gen is released. Sure the graphics "pop" a little more for the One X (ONLY if you have a quality 4K tv with HDR otherwise you really are wasting your money) but to me it isn't that much better than the standard Xbox. Suggestions I would give to Microsoft would be to start making their controllers with the rechargeable batteries like Sony makes for their controllers. My PS4 is 5 years old and those controllers still hold a charge and has been nice never having to worry about batteries. The other suggestion is I feel a little ripped off in that Microsoft could have offered a bit larger hard drive on the One X model. With the massive game updates you have to download and install, that hard drive fills up pretty quick.

i had an xbox one x since nov 7 2017 its 4k 60 fps mostly 30 fps becaus of cpu side im super happy for next gen consoles for the price its worth it with 4k bluray player gpu side is really good next gen most likely be anaconda 4k 60 fps lockhart 1080p 60fps lockhart will be 4 teraflops way better cpu side anaconda 12 teraflops most likely gddr6 12gb for lockhart and gddr6 16gb for anaconda the fps is going to handle way more easy then current genboth zen2 will be insane raytracing i think that will be mor in the anaconda both ssd 1 tb that is what im hearing happy gaming until next generation and please be nice to all platforms

This is a great bundle at a great price ! Some people may not like the .. Game that's in the bundle as it is a new online only version of Fallout !! Please do some research on the game yourself ... Many people have taken time to review Fallout 76.

Xbox One X does it all 4k gaming and movies and so many great games to choose from you can't go wrong!!

Overall, the Xbox One X is a great system, plays games smoothly and games look wonderful on it. However, you can't use the 4K settings while things are downloading in the background and Fallout 76 isn't very good. The plus side is that you get a middle of the road game basically for free when you purchase this bundle. As you do with most xbox bundles. I'd watch out for the newer models, but if you don't care to see what Microsoft has in store in future releases, the Xbox One X is a great buy.

The gaming experience is great, Blu-ray player is terrific, connect with other Windows PC's is nice, and I get to watch my Netflix on the TV. Really is an awesome must have from Microsoft! Only things negative I can say was first time setup was lengthy, and it is pricey.

Everything seems to be working great so far! Just got the Xbox One X last night and setting it up was easy! Love the fact that all my online progress is saved online, coming from Xbox One I am happy I didn't lose any of my progress.

The game is nice and exceeds the expectation, nice resolution and a great gaming experience to have with this one.
