The games themselves and the controllers are good. The problem is that Microsoft's operating system is the WORST. IT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL. The settings and account management is impossibly tedious.

Had my son's system less than two years. Paid for the big bundle and he enjoyed it for a while until recently. Looked up the error and others have reported similar problems. Now I'll have to pay for repairs which is half the cost of what I paid to buy the system new. Extremely disappointed and frustrated!
