Xbox One X great for long time Xbox players
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition console to upgrade my Day One Edition Xbox One. As a long time Xbox gamer, I own over 260 Xbox/Xbox 360/Xbox One games (many thanks in part to Xbox Games with Gold monthly free games) so this made upgrading an easier decision. This console performs very well even aside from the obvious 4K HDR visual upgrades with faster loading times and Supersampling for 1080p displays. I bought this since I have plans to upgrade my television to 4K HDR in the near future.

An expensive dream machine

Only cons are the high price and the fact that the power supply is built in so can’t be replaced by the user, and has surge protection built in so user can’t use their own along (sometimes). Also, might need to invest in more storage.

The 4K era has arrived

Powerful Console

Next Gen and a Half

Since I don't have a 4k TV I am not getting the full effect of the system. Still, it seemed to be more snappy than my Xbox S. I would have rated this a 5. However, Microsoft missed the boat on storage. They should have used a SSD or HSSD for storage.
