Figured getting a cheaper controller was not a bad idea, thought it was just cheaper maybe because of the colors offered. Nope. Used. Didn't know best buy allowed independent sellers on its site. Figured it would still be legit because they were offered on Best Buy website after all. I guess I need to read fine print because I assumed I would get a brand new controller regardless of who it came from. The product was not said to be used until getting deep into the description. I got it in a small non Microsoft box, which is when I realized I may have been mislead. At first glance of the controller I see two small scratches which is whatever, a worn down right stick, now a bit underwhelmed. Then I got to playing games and the left trigger gets a bit stuck in the housing after pressing it, now I'm unsatisfied. The whole reason I wanted a new controller was so I wouldn't have to deal with the other ones I have with stick drift. (This review started at 3 stars and went down to 1 while writing this) Was hoping to fix one issue and created more, probably can't return because it said it was used in the fine print. I should've know seeing it was an independent seller and cheaper than one sold by Microsoft. Not sure what I was thinking here.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
