This is a review of the Open Box controller I picked up today. Whoever accepted the return, and whoever approved it for resale as Open Box, obviously didn’t look at the controller. There was food and other debris caked in the crevices all the way around the casing and buttons. Disgusting. I know I’m buying a SLIGHTLY used product when it’s Open Box, that’s the trade-off, BUT, c’mon, don’t resell disgusting items. Back it goes.

I am not a pro gamer and I used it about 2 to 3 times a week. I understand controllers are not gonna last forever, but lasting for less than half a year is ridiculous.

Brand New Controller With Broken Trigger Button

Super annoying for a brand new controller, especially considering the price! Trying to return it has been a huge hassle as well bc no store has the same color in stock, and I'm not willing to wait in line for half an hour in a crowded store during a pandemic. Overall extremely dissatisfied with my experience buying this product.

Defective

I have two controllers and this was going to be my back up but it’s defective. I am unable to use my gaming headsets with this controller b/c the volume is super low. I use other the other controller and it works just fine.
