I love my Pink Zune! I was a bit concerned about buying the underdog but no regrets at all - it's been great. It has a huge memory - I have movies and a couple of series of tv shows on mine, together with all my cds. Watching video is great on the landscape screen (turns it sideways) and all the usual scrolling and selection of cds/tracks works fine. And it's pink :-)

I was in love with this MP3 player when I got this. It worked perfectly for about two months, but the touch pad came loose and it refused to hold a charge. After sending it in, waiting two weeks and getting it back from the manufacturer in Texas, it was acting funny. It would restart itself in the middle of a song. I was readying myself to call the Zune company and tell them it was failing to work -- again -- when it shut down completely. It refuses to respond to the cable and to any buttons pushed on the system itself. It's a good product, but I've still had a LOT of problems with this item. If you have problems, call the company ASAP. ...and buy the extended warranty.

I first bought an ipod nano for my girlfriend, since I have windows vista home premium i had to run through an opstical course of trouble shooting just to sync the ipod. while she enjoyed the ipod, i did all the grunt work of syncing the music and videos. So i exchanged the ipod for a zune, its so much easier and faster. I especially like the tuner and the size of the display screen. i purchased and 80gb zune, now we send music, pictures back forth. luv the ipod but the zune has gotten rid of my headaches :D

better than ipod more memory and easy to use and comes in pretty colors

i had to buy my self a new mp3 play when my i pod would not hold a charge i really like apple but i did not the fact that when i would go to ride a moutain it would die. so a friend told me about the zune and i have not look back.

its a great mp3 it stores alot and it has a fantasic battery life

the Zune, not only LOOKS better then an iPod, they are SO much more EASIER to use, and download too. if you're thinking about getting an iPod, DON'T ... get a Zune! They're awesome! :D

I love my new Zune. I find it much easier to use than an Ipod. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good, high quality MP3 player.

You should see the zune forums and the difficulties. Yes, there are some raves but I don't see how. I can't get any effective online or otherwise help. Haven't been able to transfer a single song from my computer or a CD. I'm back here to decide which one I'm getting after I return this one. MS - you rock:(
