I like the sleak look it has to it and would love to actually use and own the product.

I love this product, my boyfriend got it for me for christmas, and i think its great! It was alot bigger then what i expected but i love it. The only thing i notice bad about this is, there isnt much directions to this, so you have to figure it all out, which is easy. But the battery life was much better after i realized when i had it in my purse i could lock it so it would stay turned off.

This is the best mp3 player ever! This is my first and im sooo happy with my choice. I use to have a iRiver but it didnt hold too many songs. The Zune holds so many songs it will probaly take two years to fill it up.lol. Buy the Zune, you wont be disappointed.

Love love love my zune.. i had the ipod 80gb classic and returned it for the zune. my ipd kept freezing up and so..i went with my gut in got the zune.. the community shareing feature is nice but it needs to be tweaked . Love the radio also.. Get this not the ipod..

I have never written a review but this is a terrible product. I basically could not get it to work. After charging it I saw the content already loaded and it looks, and sounds great. Unfortunately, i could not get it to connect to my pc, it would not recognize the connection and the software was so frustrating I gave up. I want a player I can connect, load my files, and enjoy, this product does not fit any of those requirements. I read other bad reviews and thought they were isolated incidents, but nope. Save yourself the frustration, buy something else.

I wish I would have done more research before I bought the 30 GB Zune.I found out the 80 GB you can download movies.Plus there's only a $50 difference.If you are going to spend the $ buy the 80 GB Zune.

I purchased a black zune for myself wife was always using it so I bought her the pink one excelllent player

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM IT CAN EASILY CRACK AND IT DOES NOT HAVE A WARRANTY AND ZUNE WILL NOT REPLACE IT SO IF YOU WANT TO WASTE $250 ON A ZUNE GO AHEAD BUT IF YOU WANT TO HAVE AN MP3 THAT LAST BUY AN APPLE IPOD!!!

it is a horrible thing to purchase. it gets ruin quickly and the ipod is a better value. the buttons can somehow destroy the item's screen like a pice a cake. compare to this item the ipod wins 10 to one for me and all my friends which have this item because it has had the same causes of destruction. the button to put the volume up and to chose the material to hear going up and down cracks the screen very quickly.
